Metode Penelitian: Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi langsung dengan pasien post operasi sectio caesarea, khususnya dlam mengatasi nyeri sebelum dan sesudah penerapan posisi meyusui bayi. Hasil penelitian: Penerapan dengan posisi menyusui bayi yaitu dengan adanya penurunan tingkat nyeri yang signifikan. Daun katuk mempunyai nilai gizi yang cukup baik terutama vitamin C dan mineral. Pengolahan daun katuk biasanya dengan cara direbus. Akan tetapi dalam proses perebusan ini terdapat kehilangan vitamin C didalamnya karena sifat vitamin C yaitu akan larut dalam air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar vitamin C dalam daun katuk berdasarkan lamanya waktu perebusan. Penelitian ini bersifat pra-eksperimental. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah daun katuk yang dijual di pasar tradisional kota Palembang. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 4 sampel daun katuk yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Kemudian sampel direbus selama 3 menit, 5 menit, dan 7 menit pada suhu 1000 C. Metode pemeriksaan vitamin C menggunakan metode titrimetri yaitu titrasi iodimetri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan kadar vitamin C dalam daun katuk berdasarkan perbedaan waktu. Dari hasil uji statistik anova didapatkan p value sebesar 0,001. Ada perbedaan kadar yang signifikan antara kadar vitamin C yang direbus selama 3 menit dengan yang direbus selama 7 menit dan kadar vitamin C yang direbus selama 5 menit dengan yang direbus selama 7 menit. Persentase penurunan sebesar 7,674 % pada daun katuk yang direbus selama 3 menit, 9,616 % pada daun katuk yang direbus selama 5 menit, dan 23,635 % pada daun katuk yang direbus selama 7 menit. Dengan demikian, kadar vitamin C pada daun katuk dapat berkurang dengan perebusan. Disarankan kepada masyarakat dalam merebus daun katuk agar tidak lebih dari 7 menit, karena vitamin C didalam daun katuk dapat berkurang dengan cepat dengan perebusan. Setelah melakukan pengkajian dengan penerapan teknik kompres hangat pada An.G dan An.W. dengan kejang demam, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa teknik perkusi vibrasi dapat mengurangi penumpukan secret pada klien kejang demam. Saran penulis terhadap perawat diharapkan kepada perawat dapat menerapkan tindakan mandiri keperawatan, seperti teknik kompres hangat untuk penurunan suhu tubuh sebagai alternative tindakan non-farmakologi terhadap penurunan suhu tubuh , dan saran penulis terhadap klien diharapkan kepada klien dapat menerapkan teknik kompres hangat untuk penurunan suhu tubuh. There are several factors that affect the menstrual cycle such as disturbed hormone function, physical activity, body mass index, endocrine disorders, and stress. Objective: This study aims to identify the relationship between physical activity and body mass index on the menstrual cycle in adolescent girls at SMK Kesehatan Athalla Putra Palembang. Methods: This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design, with a sample size of 80 respondents using random sampling technique. Bivariate data analysis with chi square. Results: There is a significant relationship between physical activity and the menstrual cycle. There is a relationship between the age of menarche and the menstrual cycle. There is no relationship between Body Mass Index and the menstrual cycle. Discussion and suggestions: The physical activity variable in Athalla Putra Palembang Health Vocational School students is classified as the majority having moderate physical activity so that the results show that most have regular menstrual cycles. For the variable age of menarche, it shows that the average student has a normal age of menarche. Body Mass Index is a variable that has no relationship with the menstrual cycle because there is a gap in the number of samples where most of the respondents have normal BMI values. For further researchers, it is recommended to conduct research with more varied variables and a larger number of samples so as to have maximum research results.
