Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pengetahuan, Azupan Zat Gizi Makro, Pemberian Makanan Tambahan, dan Kunjungan Antenatal Care dengan Status KEK Pada Ibu Hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sosial. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2023, jumlah sampel sebanyak 58 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif dengan desain rancangan Cross Sectional. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan hasil data univariat dan bivariat. Hasil univariat menyatakan KEK pada ibu hamil di temukan sebanyak 37 ibu hamil (63%), Tingkat pengetahuan ibu dengan kategori kurang sebanyak 36 ibu hamil (62%), Asupan makan kategori asupan energi kurang ditemukan sebanyak 35 ibu (60,3%), Asupan Protein kurang ditemukan sebanyak 28 ibu (48%), Asupan Lemak kurang ditemukan sebanyak 15 ibu (25,9%), Asupan Karbohidrat kurang ditemukan sebanyak 39 (63,8), Ibu Hamil yang tidak mendapatkan PMT sebanyak 20 ibu hamil (34,5%), Ibu Hamil yang kunjungan ANC nya kurang sebanyak 21 ibu hamil (36,2%). The ineffectiveness of breastfeeding with post sectio caesarea, because the effects of anesthesia make it difficult for mothers to give milk to their babies. One effort that can be done is to do oxytocin massage. Objectives: To describe the implementation of breastfeeding educational nursing with oxytocin massage and to analyze the results of implementation in post sc mothers with ineffective breastfeeding. Methods: The design of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, evaluation and documentation. Case study subjects totaled 2 cases in post SC patients with ineffective breastfeeding at Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital in 2023. Results: The results of the case study after the implementation of breastfeeding education nursing showed that the results of patient 1 and patient 2 found that the milk supply increased. There is a significant relationship between breastfeeding and not effective in providing breastfeeding education with oxytocin massage. Di Indonesia sendiri ,penyakit tifoid bersifat endemik ,menurut WHO angka penderita demam tifoid di Indonesia mencapai 81% per 100. 000 (Depkes RI ,2013).Diruang penyakit dalam pada tahun 2011 penderita demam typoid berjumlah 752 orang dan yang meninggal dunia 2 orang. Sedangkan pada tahun 2012 penderita Typpoid ada 798 orang dan yang meninggal dunia ada 4 orang . dan pada tahun 2013 yang menderita Typhoid ada 814 orang dan yang meningal dunia sebanyak 4 orang (Rekam medik Rs, 2014). Menurut World Health Organisasi (WHO) memprkirakan angka kematian akibat demam typhoid mencapai 600.000 dan 70% nya terjadi di Asia (Depkes RI, 2013 ).Palembang, Detik Sumsel - thypus atau demam thypoid adalah penyakit yang terjadi karena infeksi bakteri Salmonella typhi dan umumnya menyebar melalui makanan dan minuman yang telah terkontaminasi.
