Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan kaji tanda-tanda vital, kaji tingkat kesadaran/ perubahan mental, observasi adanya sianosis, berikan NRM sesuai indikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya penurunan sesak nafas setelah dilakukan intervensi keperawatan dengan pemberian terapi oksigen menggunakan Non Rebreathing Mask (NRM) pada pasien STEMI di RS Dr. Sobirin Kabupaten Musi Rawas tahun 2018. In STEMI patients, there is a sudden decrease in coronary blood flow due to thrombus occlusion in pre-existing atherosclerotic plaques.The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of nursing care in STEMI patients with the administration of Non Rebreathing Mask (NRM) oxygen therapy to overcome breathing patterns.This research method using case study design using approach of keperawataan care that is assessment, nursing diagnoses, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Management carried out to 2 subjects to overcome the breathing pattern disturbance that was carried out was the administration of oxygen therapy using Non Rebreathing Mask (NRM). Supportive interventions performed to assess vital signs, assess level of consciousness / mental changes, observation of cyanosis, give NRM as indicated. The results showed that there was a decrease in shortness of breath after nursing intervention with oxygen therapy using Non Rebreathing Mask (NRM) in STEMI patients at Dr. Sobirin Musi Rawas Regency in 2018. Methods: This type of research is descriptive analytic with a case study approach. to explore the problem of high risk of falls and the fulfillment of safety needs. The subjects of this case study were two patients at high risk of falling. Nursing care was carried out in the internal medicine room at a private hospital in Palembang. The nursing care process for each subject was carried out for three days. The data analysis used in this case study is descriptive analysis which is used to analyze the data by describing the collected data to make a conclusion that is presented in a narrative manner. Results: The study found Mrs. N Morse Fall Risk score of 60 with the condition of walking by holding on to surrounding objects, intravenous therapy installed, weak condition, while Mrs. S. Morse Fall Risk score of 75 with the condition of having a secondary diagnosis, walking aids holding on to surrounding objects, installed intravenous therapy, weak condition. The main diagnosis in nursing care is the risk of falling. Untuk memperoleh kandungan zat aktif tersebut maka dilakukan proses ekstraksi. Suatu ekstrak dapat dikatakan bermutu jika telah memenuhi pengujian paramater mutu ekstrak. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi mutu ekstrak yaitu waktu pengeringan. Sehingga dilakukan pemeriksaan kadar air dan kadar abu ekstrak daun nangka (Artocarpus heterophyllus L.) berdasarkan waktu pengeringan simplisia. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimental. Daun nangka segar dikeringkan dengan oven pada suhu 40oC dengan waktu pengeringan 6 jam, 9 jam dan 12 jam. Selanjutnya dimaserasi menggunakan etanol 96% dan maserat dikentalkan menggunakan rotary evaporator sehingga didapatkan suatu ekstrak. Lalu masing- masing ekstrak diuji mutu ekstrak yang meliputi pengujian parameter kadar air dan kadar abu ekstrak. Hasil: Ekstrak daun nangka pada simplisia yang dikeringkan selama 6 jam memiliki kadar air ekstrak 34,6436% dan kadar abu ekstrak 5,2250%. Pada simplisia yang dikeringkan selama 9 jam memiliki kadar air ekstrak 18,4231% dan kadar abu ekstrak 3,8995%. Sedangkan pada simplisia 12 jam memiliki kadar air ekstrak 9,4729% dan kadar abu ekstrak 4,1176%. Kesimpulan: Ekstrak daun nangka pada simplisia yang dikeringkan selama 12 jam dan 9 jam lebih memenuhi syarat parameter kadar air ekstrak dibandingkan ekstrak daun nangka pada simplisia yang dikeringkan selama 6 jam.
