Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan medikal bedah yaitu pengkajian, diganosa keperawatan, intervensi, dan evaluasi pada dua orang sampel sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik relaksasi pernafasan diafragma diberikan kepada kedua subjek dalam intervensi keperawatan medikal bedah. Diagnosa utama pada utama pada subjek yaitu ketidak efektifan bersihan jalan nafas berhubungan dengan spasme bronkhus. Hasil penelitian diperoleh terdapat penurunan sesak nafas setelah dilakukan tindakan teknik relaksasi pernafasan diafragma. Diharapkan perawat dapat menerapkan teknik tersebut saat memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien asma bronkhial. Kata Kunci: Asma Bronkhial, Pernafasan Diafragma, Ralaksasi, Sesak Bronchial asthma or more popularly called asthma or shortness of breath, is widely known to the public is an important chronic respiratory tract disease and is a serious public health problem in various countries around the world. One technique in reducing congestion is a relaxation technique for diaphragmatic breathing, which is a breathing process that concentrates on feeling the air entering through the nose into the body and then removing it from the mouth which is done in a comfortable position and lying down relaxed and closing the eyes, and loosening clothes around the neck and waist. This research method uses a case study design using the approach of medical surgical nursing care namely assessment, nursing care, intervention, and evaluation of two samples as the subject of the study. Diaphragmatic breathing relaxation techniques were given to both subjects in a medical surgical nursing intervention. The main diagnosis in the main subject is the ineffectiveness of airway clearance associated with bronchial spasm. The results of the study showed that there was a decrease in shortness of breath after diaphragmatic breathing relaxation. It is expected that nurses can apply these techniques when providing nursing care in patients with bronchial asthma. The purpose of this study was to find out about nursing care with mild head injury in dealing with pain with cold compresses in the inpatient room of Tebing Tinggi general hospital in 2018. Descriptive research method with a case study approach on 2 patients in Tebing Tinggi general hospital in Empat Lawang District. The results of the study, showed the effectiveness of cold compresses in dealing with pain. Suggestions for nursing study program of lubuklinggau and general hospital of Tebing Tinggi that this research can be used as a source of information for further research and can be used in making standard operating procedures in nursing care for patients with minor head injuries and applying cold compresses when experiencing pain problems. The results of this study indicate the body themperature before the warm compress performrd on malaria patient the average body themperature of the patient is 38,9°C-39,2°C. while body themperature after warm compress in normal 35,9°C-37,4°C. Based on the results of these studies warm compress can be used as an alternative to lower body thenperature. In can be concluded that warm compress affect in decreasing body themperature in malaria patient which can be continued as an intervention that can be done independently by malaria sufferers. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk membuat gambaran tentang suatu keadaan secara objektif pada 2 orang remaja putri di puskesmas Surulangun kabupaten Musi rawas utara. Hasil penelitian, terlihat adanya efektifitas kompres hangat dalam mengurangi nyeri menstruasi dan pemberian kompres hangat yang dilakukan teratur pada kondisi nyeri dismenorea memberikan hasil yang efektif. Efek fisiologis panas adalah vasodilatasi yang meningkatkan aliran darah kebagian tubuh yang mengalami cidera / radang , yang meningkatkan pengiriman nutrisi dan pembuangan zat sisa, mengurangi kongesti vena didalam jaringan yang mengalami cedera . Saran bagi institusi prodi keperawatan Lubuklinggau dan Puskesmas Surulangun bahwa penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sumber informasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya dan dapat digunakan dalam membuat standar operasional prosedur dalam asuhan keperawatan keluarga dan penerapan kompres hangat bila mengalami masalah Disminorhea. Kata Kunci : Kompres hangat, Nyeri, Disminorhea. Disminorhea is pain during menstruation caused by spasms of the uterine muscles. The purpose of this study was to find out the application of warm compresses to reduce dismenorhea pain in young women in Surulangun Health Center, Musi Rawas Utara District. Descriptive research method with a case study approach on 2 young women at the health center surulangun north musi rawas district. The results of the study, showed the effectiveness of warm compresses in reducing pain. Suggestions for institutions of nursing study program in Lubuk Linggau and Surulangun Helath Center that this research can be provided as a source of information for further research and can be used in making standard operating procedures in family nursing care and applying warm compresses when experiencing dysminorrhea problems.
