Disini akan menurunkan fungsi kerja silia dan mengakibatkan penumpukan sekret pada saluran pernafasan sehingga menimbulkan diagnosa keperawatan bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif berhubungan dengan penumpukan sekret. Tujuan Penelitian untuk Mengetahui askep pada pada pasien TB Paru setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan dengan pelaksanaan batuk efektif terhadap bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif di RS Rupit Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus..Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan, setelah dilakukan perawatan kedua subjek terjadi peningkatan yang sangat signifikan, dilihat dari pengurangan jumlah sekret pada pasien TB paru yang membuat jalan nafasnya paten. Patennya jalan nafas yang ditandai dengan pasien merasa dapat membuang dahaknya sendiri, RR dalam batas normal dan pasien tidak merasa sesak nafas. setelah dilakukan perawatan teknik batuk efektif bertambah pada hari ke-3 jalan napas paten. Kepada tenaga kesehatan di RS Rupit diharapkan dapat menerapkan perawatan teknik batuk efektif.sesuai dengan SOP di rumah sakit. Laboratory learning in the nursing department of the Jayapura Health Polytechnic is still found that there is no practice guide book so that students do not have a clear direction in carrying out the nursing practice.Objective: to find out the implementation of basic nursing laboratory learning in the Jayapura Health Polytechnic nursing department. Methods: The main research design in this study is a quantitative descriptive cross-sectional method with a questionnaire instrument for students and is supported by qualitative research using phenomenological methods for interviews with lecturers and observations on practical tools. The sample taken is the total sample (total sample) of 100 people. Method of collecting data using a questionnaire consisting of 32 items of questions to the third-semester regular students of Poltekes Jayapura. Interviews used interview guidelines and observations were carried out with practical tools. Results: The implementation of basic nursing laboratory learning in the nursing department of the Jayapura Health Polytechnic, the average results obtained were 96.54 in the good category 56 or 56%. student preparation, tools, and places in the pretty good category 50%, the implementation of the mentoring process in the pretty good category 65%, the evaluation of basic nursing laboratory learning in the good category 64%. Conclusion: The implementation of the basic nursing laboratory of the Jayapura Health Polytechnic nursing department is quite good. Upaya promosi kesehatan yang dilakukan tenaga kesehatan dalam mengurangi kejadian PTM melibatkan kader Posbindu. Kader Posbindu merupakan garda terdepan yang menjadi agen perubahan dalam pencegahan dan pengendalian PTM di Indonesia (Ditjen P2P,2019). Di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Muara Beliti terdapat 15 Posbindu, setiap Posbindu hanya dari 5 kader. Jumlah kader yang telah mendapatkan informasi tentang Penyakit Tidak Menular dari Puskesmas baru ada 3 Posbindu, yaitu: 1.Posbindu Desa Air Satan, 2.Posbindu Desa Pedang, 3.Posbindu Desa Tanah Periuk. Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk melatih kader Posbindu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Muara Beliti, Kabupaten Musi Rawas Tahun 2020. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Posbindu Desa Air Satan pada hari Rabu dan Kamis tanggal 5 dan 6 November 2020. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mendeteksi risiko penyakit tidak menular namun peningkatan pengetahuan belum signifikan. Kesimpulan: telah dilaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan kader Posbindu Desa Air Satan, Desa Pedang, dan Desa Tanah Periuk dalam mendeteksi risiko penyakit tidak menular di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Muara Beliti Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Saran : Pelatihan sejenis dapat dilakukan kembali untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader posbindu yang lebih terampil dalam mendeteksi risiko penyakit tidakmenular. Hasil pencatatan kader menyatakan bahwa masih banyak penderita DM yang tidak melakukan kontrol rutin sementara kader yang ada belum mendapatkan pelatihan dalam melakukan penatalaksanaan DM khususnya Latihan Fisik. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat telah dilaksakanan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu Persiapan, Pelatihan dan pendampingan Kader. Sasaran Kader Posbindu di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas 1 Ulu dan Puskesmas Merdeka berjumlah 29 orang. Hasil kegiatan diantaranya tersedia media pelatihan, pengetahuan kader meningkat dan terlaksananya kunjungan rumah. Pentingnya kegiatan ini maka perlu dilakukan pelatihan atau penyegaran kader yang berkelanjutan sehingga kualitas hidup penderita diabetes meningkat.
