Penggunaan aplikator pompa semprot pada foot spray gel sangat bergantung pada viskositas. Carbopol 940 sebagai gelling agent sering digunakan karena dengan konsentrasi kecil dapat menghasilkan gel yang jernih dengan viskositas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi carbopol 940 yang mampu menghasilkan sediaan foot spray gel yang stabil dan memenuhi persyaratan. Foot spray gel dibuat menggunakan zat aktif minyak atsiri daun kemangi (Ocimum basilicum L.) yang berkhasiat sebagai anti bau kaki. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan zat aktif minyak atsiri daun kemangi (Ocimum basilicum L.) sebanyak 7,5% dengan memvariasikan carbopol 940 sebesar 0,4% pada formula I, 0,5% pada formula kontrol dan II, dan 0,6% pada formula III. Kemudian dilakukan evaluasi sediaan selama 28 hari penyimpanan pada suhu kamar dan 12 hari uji dipercepat (Cycling test) yang meliputi, pH, viskositas, homogenitas, daya sebar, kondisi semprotan, warna, bau, dan iritasi kulit. Hasil : Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pH dan daya sebar sediaan pada kedua uji penyimpanan mengalami kenaikan namun masih memenuhi syarat. Semua sediaan foot spray gel memiliki homogenitas dan kondisi semprotan yang baik, tidak mengalami perubahan warna dan bau serta tidak mengiritasi kulit. Kesimpulan : Minyak atsiri daun kemangi (Ocimum basilicum L.) dapat diformulasikan menjadi sediaan foot spray gel yang stabil dan memenuhi persyaratan dengan konsentrasi carbopol 940 yang paling optimal sebesar 0,5%. Methods: The design of this study is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population and sample are 37 respondents using total sampling technique. Research data obtained through a questionnaire of knowledge, attitudes, behavior, and incidence of vaginal discharge in the form of google form and then analyzed using the chi-square test. Results: The results of statistical tests using chi-square showed that there was a significant correlation among knowledge, attitude, and behavior of vulva hygiene towards adolescent’ leucorrhoea In 10th Grade of Muhammadiyah Senior High School 2 Palembang in 2021. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan : Karakteristik responden berdasarkan usia yang beresiko (≥ 45 tahun) sebanyak 9 responden (18%) dan tidak beresiko (< 45 tahun) sebanyak 41 responden (82%). Berdasarkan jenis kelamin perempuan dengan jumlah 43 responden (86 %) dan laki-laki 7 responden (14%). Berdasarkan Riwayat penderita DM keluarga sebanyak 9 responden (18%) dan tidak sebanyak 41 responden (82%). Berdasarkan Aktifitas fisik baik sebanyak 16 responden (32%) dan kurang sebanyak 34 responden (68%). Berdasarkan status rokok yaitu perokok pasif sebanyak 44 responden (88 %) dan perokok aktif sebanyak 6 responden (12%).
