Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia berdasarkan data Survey Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 2012 sebesar 359/100.000 Kelahiran Hidup AKI kembali menujukkan penurunan menjadi 305 kematian ibu per 100.000 kelahiran hidup pada tahun 2015. Tujuan dari laporan ini adalah untuk memberikan asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif dengan pendekatan manajemen kebidanan dan pendokumentasian dalam bentuk SOAP pada Ny.”I” di Praktik Mandiri Bidan Mardiana,SST., M.Kes Palembang Tahun 2021. Metode Studi Kasus (case studi), yang dilakukan pada Ny.“I” menggunakan metode SOAP. Adapun Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder melalui wawancara (anamnesis), pemeriksaan fisik, pemeriksaan penunjang, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Sedangkan Instrument pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu format pengkajian dan alat-alat pemeriksaan fisik, serta pemeriksaan penunjang. Pelayanan yang diberikan pada Ny.“I” yaitu saat kehamilan. Dengan hasil asuhan yang telah dilakukan pada Ny.”I” saat kehamilan normal, menunjukkan tidak adanya kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik. Berdasarkan pedoman WHO remaja putri dikatakan anemia bila kadar Hemoglobin kurang dari 12 g/dL. Cookies tepung ikan gabus dan tepung mocaf memilik kandungan protein dan zat besi yang tinggi sehingga dapat menjadi alternative makanan selingan penderita Anemia. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk melihat adanya pengaruh pemberian cookies tepung ikan gabus dan tepung mocaf terhadap kadar Hemoglobin pada remaja putri Anemia di SMA Negeri 11 Palembang. Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan rancangan pretest dan postest with two goup. Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama 14 hari. Sampel penelitian adalah remaja putri Anemia di SMA Negeri 11 Palembang berjumlah 60 orang terdiri dari 30 kelompok perlakuan dan 30 kelompok pembanding. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil : Hasil analisis data menggunakan independent t-test menunjukkan rata- rata selisih peningkatan kadar Hemoglobin kelompok perlakuan yaitu 1,49 g/dL dan pada kelompok pembanding 0,8 g/dL. Rata-rata kadar Hemoglobin setelah intervensi pada kelompok perlakuan sebesar 12,39 g/dL dengan p-value < 0,05 (0.000), rata-rata pada kelompok pembanding sebesar 11,95 g/dL dengan p-value < 0,05 (0.000). Hasil uji statistik (uji t-independent) menunjukkan ada pengaruh pemberian cookies tepung ikan gabus dan tepung mocaf terhadap kadar Hemoglobin pada remaja putrid Anemia di SMA Negeri 11 Palembang (p-value = 0.001). Data yang digunakan dalam penyusunan laporan ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi dan pemeriksaan fisik, serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan mencatat data dari buku KIA pasien dan buku medical record PMB Meli Rosita tahun 2019 dan 2020. Methods : The research design used is descriptive in the form of case studies, the subjects taken are 2 people with a medical diagnosis of Asthma with ineffective airway clearance problems in the work area of the Palembang Merdeka Health Center on March 6-14, 2022. Results : The results showed that from client 1 and client 2 obtained eucalyptus aromatherapy inhalation therapy, sputum could be removed and airway clearance was effective and understood information and could apply eucalyptus aromatherapy steam inhalation therapy. Conclusion : The conclusions obtained are that there is a significant relationship between ineffective airway clearance and the provision of eucalyptus aromatherapy inhalation therapy to Asthma clients in the Merdeka Palembang Health Center work area in 2022, and being able to understand health education about Asthma.
