Every mother who has experienced labor with a perineal wound will experience pain. The condition of discomfort in the form of pain lasts for several weeks or even months in postpartum mothers. The purpose of this study was to increase the comfort level of postpartum mothers. Methods: This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case using a nursing care design by implementing the implementation of pain management in post partum patients with post partum discomfort problems. The case study research subjects studied were 3 patients with postpartum discomfort problems at the Muhammadiayah Palembang Hospital. Results: The results showed that the implementation of pain management nursing with NIR PBM therapy could increase the comfort level of post partum mothers. evidenced by a decrease in the pain scale in the first patient to 3, in the second patient to 2 and in the thrid patient to 2. Conclusion: Able to apply the implementation of pain management with PBM NIR therapy and can be further developed for further learning and research. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian non-eksperimental dengan pendekatan deskriptif adalah suatu metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan tujuan utama untuk membuat gambaran deskipsi tentang suatu keadaan secara obyektif. Penelitian ini dengan cara membagikan kuisioner kepada responden yang pernah melahirkan di Rumah Bersalin Dona Palembang pada bulan Juli 2016 sampai dengan Desember 2016. Hasil : Gambaran sikap Ibu yang melahirkan di Rumah Bersalin Dona pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Desember Tahun 2016 lebih banyak yang bersikap positif bila dibandingkan dengan yang bersikap negatif. Data ini menggambarkan 106 orang (85,5%) yang mempunyai sikap positif dan hanya 18 orang (14,5%) yang mempunyai sikap negatif dan gambaran Pengetahuan responden yang Baik sebanyak 8 orang (6,45%),Pengetahuan responden yang Cukup sebanyak 29 orang (23,39%) , dan Pengetahuan responden yang Kurang sebanyak 87 orang (70,16%) . Kesimpulan : Banyak Ibu yang khawatir akibat beredarnya vaksin palsu dikalangan masyarakat, tetapi masih banyak ibu yang akan memberikan imunisasi pada bayinya. Hyperthermia is a symptom that often appears in patients with typhoid fever. To treat hyperthermia, non-pharmacological methods can be used, such as compresses, one of which is a tepid sponge. The general objective of this research is to describe the implementation of nursing care for Tepid Sponge with Hyperthermia in Children with Typhoid Fever to reduce body temperature. Methods: This research is a descriptive study with a case study design, in cases of decreased body temperature using the tepid sponge technique through the nursing process approach conducted by the researcher. Data collection in this study was by measuring the child's body temperature using a thermometer and comparing the results of body temperature measurements after the tepid sponge was carried out using a body temperature comparison sheet after and after the tepid sponge was carried out. Results: The results of the study after the implementation of tepid sponge nursing showed that the results of patient I and patient II found that body temperature improved within the normal range. What was found was that there was a significant relationship between hyperthermia and the tepid sponge in children. Conclusion: The implementation of a tepid sponge in patients with hyperthermia can be applied because it is effective in reducing body temperature. With the target organ in the brain in the form of a stroke that brings high mortality, which is associated with high blood pressure systolic and diastolic. To deal with high blood pressure, it is necessary to have the implementation of nursing and family support. This research design uses analytical descriptive method in the form of a case study through a collaborative approach. The subjects of this case study are families who have hypertension sufferers in the Work Area of 23 Ilir Health Center Palembang. The results of the implementation in the form of Lavender Aromatherapy and health education to both families can reduce systolic and diastolic high blood pressure and pain management with the results of client 1 blood pressure number which was initially 150/90 to decrease with normal blood pressure of 120/80 and client 2 blood pressure systolic and diastolic heights of 150/100 decreased with normal blood pressure of 120/90. And on client 1, initially the pain scale started with 5, the pain scale decreased to 1 and client 2 the pain scale was 5, there was a decrease to pain scale 1. Looking at the results of this study, there was effectiveness in providing family assistance to clients with hypertension in reducing diastolic systolic blood pressure and pain management. . It is recommended that the implementation be carried out on a scheduled basis for families and clients with hypertension on high systolic and diastolic blood pressure they are experiencing. DENGAN VARIASI KONSENTRASI Na.CMC SEBAGAI GELLING AGENT Description An account of the resource ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Shampo adalah salah satu sediaan kosmetika yang dapat digunakan sebagai perawatan rambut dan kulit kepala. Shampo merupakan sediaan kosmetik yang berwujud cair, gel, krim, serbuk. Salah satu pembentuk gel (gelling agent) yang dapat digunakan dalam sediaan shampo yaitu Na CMC. Na CMC merupakan suatu senyawa yang digunakan sebagai stabilizing agent. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi Na CMC yang mampu menghasilkan sediaan shampo yang stabil dan memenuhi syarat. Shampo yang dibuat menggunakan ekstrak daun cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescents L.) sebagai zat aktifnya. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan konsentrasi ekstrak daun cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescents L.) sebesar 10% dengan variasi konsentrasi Na CMC 3% dalam formula kontrol dan I, 3,5% dalam formula II, serta 4% dalam formula III. Setelah pembuatan sediaan, akan dilakukan evaluasi sediaan selama 28 hari penyimpanan pada suhu kamar dan 12 hari uji dipercepat (Cycling Test) yang meliputi uji pH, tinggi busa, homogenitas, perubahan warna, bau serta uji iritasi kulit. Hasil : Berdasarkan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil pH sediaan mengalami kenaikan namun masih memenuhi syarat. Lalu, untuk tinggi busa pada sediaan mengalami penurunan namun masih memenuhi syarat. Semua sediaan shampo memiliki homogenitas yang baik dan tidak mengalami perubahan warna, bau serta tidak menyebabkan iritasi kulit. Kesimpulan : Ekstrak daun cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescents L.) dapat diformulasikan menjadi sediaan shampo yang stabil dan memenuhi syarat, serta dapat bertahan selama 12 bulan dengan konsentrasi Na CMC yang paling optimal sebesar 3%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ibu hamil yang mengalami gingivitis sebanyak 116 orang (22.2%) dimana terdapat pada trimester I sebanyak 5 ibu hamil (4.3%), trimester II sebanyak 43 ibu hamil (37.1%), trimester III sebanyak 68 ibu hamil (58.6%). Gingivitis berdasarkan usia dengan usia <20 tahun sebanyak 6 ibu hamil (5.2%), pada usia 20 –35 tahun sebanyak 99 ibu hamil (85.3%), pada usia >35 tahun sebanyak 11 ibu hamil (9.5%). Kesimpulan gingivitis pada ibu hamil berdasarkan trimester kehamilan di Puskesmas Gelumbang paling banyak terdapat pada trimeseter III 68 ibu hamil (58.6%), gingivitis pada ibu hamil berdasarkan usia di Puskesmas Gelumbang paling banyak terdapat pada usia 20-35 99 ibu hamil (85.3%). Perlu adanya kerjasama antara KIA dan dokter gigi dalam menangani masalah kesehatan gigi dan mulut khususnya pada ibu hamil.
