Description An account of the resource Latar Belakang: Bunga pukul empat memiliki kandungan utama yaitu antosianin yang berperan dalam pemberi pigmen warna pada bunga, kadar antosianin yang terkandung dalam bunga pukul empat sebesar 0,977% sehingga bunga pukul empat dapat dijadikan pewarna alternatif dalam pemeriksaan telur cacing STH, selain zat perwarnanya yang ramah lingkungan dari segi harga juga lebih ekonomis. Tujuan: Mengetahui optimalisasi air perasan bunga pukul empat (Mirabilis jalapa) sebagai pewarna alternatif pada pemeriksaan telur cacing STH. Metode: Eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Static Group Comparison. Penelitan dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari dengan teknik sampling total sampling. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil uji normalitas data menunjukkan p.value=0,000, karena p<0,05 data dinyatakan berdistribusi tidak normal dan dilanjutkan dengan pengujian hipotesa Kruskal Wallis diperoleh nilai p.value =0,000 yang menunjukkan nilai P<0,05 sehingga dinyatakan adanya perbedaan kualitas pewarnaan air perasan bunga dengan eosin 2%, akan tetapi untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara semua kelompok perlakuan dengan eosin 2% dilakukan uji lanjutan dengan Mann-U Whitney. Dari uji lanjutan air perasan bunga pukul empat dengan konsentrasi 100% didapatkan nilai p>0,05 maka dapat dinyatakan kualitas pewarnaan sama dengan kontrol eosin 2%. Kesimpulan: Air perasan bunga pukul empat dengan konsentrasi 100% dapat dijadikan pewarna alternatif pengganti eosin 2%. Pada pemeriksaan sediaan secara mikroskopis didapatkan lapangan pandang yang kontras, telur cacing yang menyerap warna dan bagian telurnya terihat jelas. Ekstrak kental rimpang bangle (Zingiber cassumunarRoxb.) diperoleh dengan destilasi vakum dan diformulasikan sebanyak 0,18 gram tiap formulanya. Balsem stik dibuat lima formula dengan konsentrasi Cera Alba dan Cetyl Alcohol 100%:0%, 75%:25%, 50%:50%, 25%:75% dan 0%:100% dengan bantuan aplikasi software Design Expert 11.0, selanjutnya diuji sifat fisik meliputi pH, suhu lebur, homogenitas, daya oles, warna, bau dan iritasi kulit. Hasil :Hasil uji sifat fisik meliputi pH 4,51-5,89, suhu lebur 51ºC-70ºC, homogenitas formula I sampai V memenuhi syarat. Dari rekapitulasi kuesioner responden untuk hasil uji daya oles, warna, bau dan iritasi kulit tidak mengalami perubahan maupun tidak mengalami iritasi kulit. Formula optimal yang diperoleh terdiri dari cera alba 45,9679% dan cetyl alcohol 54,0321% yang memiliki nilai desirability0,917. Kesimpulan : Ekstrak Rimpang Bangle (Zingiber cassumunar Roxb.) dapat diformulasikan menjadi sediaan balsem stik dengan sifat fisik yang memenuhi persyaratan dan formula optimal yang diperoleh menggunakan metode SLD terdiri dari Cera alba 45,9676% dan Cetyl alcohol 54,0321% dengan formula optimal yang memiliki pH 5,26513, suhu lebur 59,9001°C dan nilai desirability 0,917. Compensation for the work of the heart on the body causes a decrease in the patient’s activity which has an impact on sexual function. The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of supportive educative cardiac rehabilitation phase 3 (SE-CRP3) on male sexual dysfunc- tion (SD) among patients with Chronic Heart Disease (CHD). Methods: A quasi-experiment study was undertaken on August 2019. Sixty respondents was recruited by purposive sampling technique and divided into intervention and control groups. International Index of Erectile Function Questionnaire (IIEF) was used to obtained the data about sexual function. Then, we analysed the data using independent samples t-test and paired samples t-test. Results: We found a significant difference between pre and post intervention in the intervention group (p=0.039) with mean of sexual dysfunction (18.97 to 19.93). In addition, there was no significant difference between pre and post in the con- trol group (p=0.152) and no differences in the both groups after the intervention of SE-CRP3 (p=0.568). Conclusion: SE-CRP3 therapy has an impact on sexual function among patients with CHD. This may be considered by nurses as an additional intervention in patients with CHD. Observations on the related variables can be considered.
