Nyeri dominan yang dirasakan ibu bersalin yaitu nyeri kala satu fase aktif. Pada fase ini nyeri yang dirasakan lebih berat, tajam serta dapat berdampak pada psikologis ibu bersalin. Salah satu cara non-farmakologis untuk mengurangi nyeri persalinan yaitu dengan aromaterapi lavender. Aromaterapi adalah sebuah terapi terapeutik yang melibatkan penggunaan wewangian berasal dari minyak esensial. Kandungan linalil asetat pada lavender dapat merangsang pengeluaran hormon endorfin yang dapat menimbulkan efek rileks, tenang dan nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aromaterapi lavender terhadap nyeri persalinan kala I di BPM Kota Palembang Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini Pre-Eksperimen dengan model rancangan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu bersalin di BPM Kota Palembang Tahun 2018. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik Purposive Sampling sebanyak 30 sampel. Hasil analisis univariat didapatkan skor nyeri sebelum perlakuan dengan median 7 (nyeri berat) dan setelah perlakuan skor nyeri dengan media 5 (nyeri sedang). Hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji statistik Wilxocon Signed Ranks pada batas kemaknaan α=0,05 diperoleh nilai ρ value = 0,000 (ρ < 0,05) artinya terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara tingkat nyeri sebelum dan setelah diberikan aromaterapi lavender sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh aromaterapi lavender terhadap nyeri persalinan kala I di BPM Kota Palembang Tahun 2018. Diharapkan aromaterapi lavender dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif non-farmakologi untuk mengurangi nyeri persalinan dan dapat diaplikasikan dalam pelayanan kebidanan maternitas. Karbon monoksida yang terhirup oleh perokok dapat menggantikan kedudukan oksigen dalam sel darah merah dan membentuk karboksihemoglobin. Hal ini berhubungan dengan peningkatan secara pedahan terhadap nilai hemoglobin, hematokrit, dan MeV. Mev merupakan salah satu indeks eritrosit. Indeks eritrosit berguna untuk menentukan jenis anemia berdasarkan morfologi sel darah merah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran nilai MeV pada perokok di Pasar KM 5 Palembang berdasarkan lama merokok dan kategori perokok. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitiannya adalah perokok yang berada di Pasar KM 5 Palembang. Sampel penelitian adalah 40 darah vena responden yang diambil secara acak sederhana. Pemeriksaan nilai MeV menggunakan alat hematology analyzer. Hasil diperoleh rata-rata nilai MeV 85.033 fL. Berdasarkan lama merokok, yang merokok > 10 tahun diperoleh rata- rata nilai MeV 84.991 fl. sedangkan pada yang merokok x 10 tahun diperoleh rata- rata nilai Mev 85.083 fL. Berdasarkan kategori perokok, pada perokok berat diperoleh rata-rata nilai MeV 85.525 fL, perokok sedang diperoleh rata-rata nilai MeV 84.528 fL, sedangkan pada perokok ringan diperoleh rata-rata nilai MeV 86.271 fL. Berdasarkan nilai Mev tersebut, semua nilai berada dalam rentang nilai normal atau disebut normositik. Untuk mengevaluasi morfologi sel darah merah tersebut dilakukan pemeriksaan sediaan apus darah tepi (SADT) sebagai baku emas diagnosis anemia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan april 2021 diwilayah Puskesmas Tanjung Agung. Hasil Penelitian :hasil penelitin menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan edukasi kesehatan dikatakan berhasil karena edukasi yang diberikan pada 2 keluarga tersebut menunjukkan adanya perubahan dari sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan edukasi kesehatan pada klien yang mengalami masalah defisit pengetahuan. Trombositosis pada kehamilan akan menyebabkan gangguan aliran darah sehingga bisa menyebabkan keguguran, persalinan prematur ataupun persalinan memanjang. Sedangkan trombositopenia bisa menjadi penyebab perdarahan maupun memperpanjang masa perdarahan pasca persalinan yang menyebabkan anemia bahkan menjadi faktor predisposisi terjadinya infeksi nifas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran jumlah trombosit pada ibu hamil di RS Bhayangkara Kota Palembang tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Metode pemeriksaan jumlah trombosit yang digunakan adalah metode otomatis. Besar sampel adalah 45 orang ibu hamil yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian didapat 3 orang (6.7%) trombositopenia, 40 orang (88.9%) normal dan 2 orang (4.4%) trombositosis. Berdasarkan umur, 33 orang ibu hamil dengan kategori umur tidak berisiko terdapat 2 orang (6.1%) trombositopenia dan 1 orang (3.0%) trombositosis sedangkan 12 orang ibu hamil dengan kategori umur berisiko terdapat 1 orang (8.3%) trombositopenia dan 1 orang (8.3%) trombositosis. Berdasarkan usia kehamilan, 6 ibu hamil trimester I tidak terdapat jumlah trombosit abnormal, 10 orang ibu hamil trimester II terdapat 1 orang (10%) trombositopenia dan 1 orang (10%) trombositosis, sedangkan 29 orang ibu hamil pada trimester III terdapat 2 orang (6.9%) trombositopenia dan 1 orang (3.4%) trombositosis. Dengan demikian, disarankan kepada masyarakat terutama ibu hamil disarankan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan trombosit selama masa kehamilan untuk menjaga jumlah trombosit dalam batas normal. Penderita stunting umumnya rentan terhadap penyakit, memiliki tingkat kecerdasan dibawah rata-rata serta kurang produktif. Berdasarkan Survey Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) tahun 2022 prevalensi stunting sebesar 21,6%. Sedangkan prevalensi Sumatera Selatan yaitu 24,8% (2021), dan di Kota Palembang 16,1 % (2022). Sedangkan di Puskesmas Sebelas Ilir Kota Palembang tersebut sebesar 28,9% dengan 82 kasus (2021) menjadi 3,62% dengan 68 kasus (2022). Jenis Penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh balita penderita stunting yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sebelas Ilir Kota Palembang, yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 45 orang. Pengumpulan semua data menggunakan kuesioner. Dan status gizi diperoleh dengan cara pengukuran. Data dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan ibu kategori SMA sebanyak 25 orang (55,6%), pengetahuan ibu kategori kurang sebanyak 43 orang (95,6%), pendapatan ekonomi keluarga kategori rendah 44 orang (97,8%), berat badan bayi lahir kategori normal sebanyak 33 orang (68,5%), pemberian ASI Eksklusif kategori (Ya) sebanyak 26 orang (57,8%), penyakit infeksi kategori (Ya) sebanyak 30 orang (66,7%), pengetahuan 1.000 HPK kategori kurang sebanyak 44 orang (97,8%), pemeriksaan kehamilan kategori lengkap sebanyak 35 orang (77,8%).
