Populasi ini adalah ibu rumah tangga kecamatan belitang mulya di desa purwodadi. Sampel dengan jumlah 103 sampel. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik (67,0%), memiliki sikap baik (93,2%), dan memili tingkat tindakan kurang (23,3%). Kesimpulan: perilaku ibu rumah tangga di desa purwodadi kecamatan belitang mulya termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dalam tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap,sedangkan tingkat responden pada tindakan kurang.Saran: Agar dapat melakukan tindakan pencegahan Demam Berdarah Dengue seperti menguras tempat penampungan air, pemasangan kawat dll. Pengumpulan data dimulai dari membagikan kuisioner kepada sumber daya manusia (sdm) di puskesmas.Data yang telah diperoleh akan diolah dengan menggunakan analisis uji statistik Chi Square (Uji Chi-Kuadrat). Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil yang di dapatkan dari 29 responden terdapat 23 responden memiliki pengetahuan tinggi dan 6 responden memiliki pengetahuan rendah. Untuk perilaku, didapatkan hasil bahwa dari 29 responden terdapat 21 responden memiliki perilaku baik dan 8 responden memiliki perilaku yang tidak baik. Kesimpulan : Adanya hubungan antara pengetahuan dan perilaku sumber daya manusia (sdm) tentang distribusi dan penyimpanan vaksin di puskesmas seberang ilir kota palembang. Osteoarthritis sufferers usually tend to experience joint pain as the main symptom. Pain in Osteoarthritis that is felt can be reduced by giving non- pharmacological therapy through the implementation of ergonomic gymnastics physical exercises. Method : The writing design used was descriptive in the form of a case study, samples were taken of 2 families with a medical diagnosis, namely Osteoarthritis with pain problems at the 23 Ilir Palembang Health Center, in March 2023. The research data was taken using a questionnaire, interviews, pain assessment. The analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Result : The results showed that client 1 and client 2 regarding chronic pain problems showed that after implementing ergonomic exercises for 3 meetings in 1 week with a duration of 20 minutes there was a decrease in the pain scale on client 1 which was initially on a scale of 6 and client 2 on a scale of 7 able to go down as much as 3 scales. Conclusion : Implementation of ergonomic exercises can reduce chronic pain in people with Osteoarthritis. It is recommended that the implementation of ergonomic exercises be carried out on a schedule for families and osteoarthritis clients for the pain they experience. Karies gigi merupakan masalah utama kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada anak-anak. Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran karies gigi ditinjau dari pola makan kariogenik pada anak SDN 1 Mangun jaya tahun 2019 dengan subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas II-V yang berjumlah 124 anak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2019. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survey deskriptif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa sebagian besar subyek (95,2 %) mengalami karies. Sebagian besar subyek dengan karies memiliki frekuensi makan kriteria sedang berjumlah 88 anak dengan DMF-T tergolong sangat rendah 61 anak(69,4) dan def-t tergolong tinggi sebanyak 45 anak (51,2), dan sebagian besar subyek dengan karies memiliki jenis makanan kariogenik karies berjumlah 77 anak dengan DMF-T tergolong sangat rendah sebanyak 53 anak (68,9) dan deft-t tergolong tinggi sebanyak 38 anak (49,4). Dari data diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa karies gigi pada anak SDN 1 Mangun Jaya diduga berhubungan dengan pola makan.
