Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, pendidikan, pekerjaan ibu, budaya, dan dukungan suami terhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Padang Selasa Palembang. Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Februari – 22 Mei 2022 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Padang Selasa. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan case control terhadap 112 ibu yang memiliki anak usia >6 – 12 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Padang Selasa Palembang yang terdiri dari 56 sampel yang berisiko dan 56 sampel yang tidak berisiko terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Dilakukan dengan cara simple random sampling. Data dianalisis secara Univariat dan Bivariat dengan Chi Square dan Odds Ratio. Hasil : Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan sebesar (30.4%) ibu yang tidak melakukan ASI Eksklusif, pegetahuan yang kurang (62.5%), pendidikan yang rendah (7.2%), ibu yang bekerja (87.5%), budaya yang ada kepercayaan (16.1%), suami yang tidak mendukung (64.3%), pada kelompok kasus. Hasil bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, ada hubungan antara pekerjaan ibu dan ada hubungan antara dukungan suami ((p value=0.001: OR=3.824), (p value=0.003: OR=8.259), dan (p value=0.023: OR=3.425)) serta tidak ada hubungan antara pendidikan, dan tidak ada hubungan antara budaya ((p value=0.826: OR=0.254), dan (p value=0.057: OR=0.147)) dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Padang Selasa Palembang. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan, pekerjaan dan dukungan suami. Saran : Perlu dilakukan edukasi dan intervensi terkait pentingnya pemberian ASI Ekslusif terhadap bayi umur 0-6 bulan. Terpenuhinya syarat tersebut menjadi indikator keberhasilan pelayanan gizi di setiap RS di Indonesia. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui analisis biaya dari sisa makanan lunak pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret - Mei 2022 di Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah analisis deskriptif dengan rancangan atau pendekatan cross sectional dengan 30 sampel yang telah memenuhi kriteria. Selama tiga hari, diketahui sisa makanan pokok rata-rata sebesar 30,98% dengan biaya sisa makanan sebesar Rp675,43 per pasien/hari, sisa menu lauk hewani rata-rata sebesar 20,71% dengan biaya sisa makanan sebesar Rp.1.237,7 per pasien/hari, sisa menu lauk nabati rata- rata sebesar 21,36% dengan biaya sisa makanan sebesar Rp369,58 per pasien/hari, sedangkan sisa menu sayuran rata-rata sebesar sebesar 31,88% dengan biaya sisa makanan sebesar Rp704,25,- per pasien/hari Kesimpulannya, bahwa biaya sisa makanan per pasien per hari bisa mencapai Rp.2.986,9. Sedangkan per bulan mampu mencapai Rp.89.608,8,- Disarankan kepada pihak Rumah Sakit untuk melakukan evaluasi secara berkala terkait Standar Pelayaanan Minimal Rumah Sakit (SPM) sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan.
