Salah satu cara pengendalian kadar glukosa darah adalah dengan cara berolahraga rutin. Metode. penelitian menggunakan metode penerapan studi kasus yang dipilih adalah studi kasus menggunakan pendekatan keperawatan yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. Dilakukan kepada 2 orang klien di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Sekarjaya yang dipilih dengan kriteria usia 50-70 tahun. pengukuran kadar glukosa darah menggunakan glukometer (autochek Nesco) untuk mengetahui kadar glukosa darah klien dalam satuan mg/dl. Ini dilakukan sebelum melaksanakan senam kaki. Hasil: studi kasus ini penulis melakukan edukasi senam kaki pada pasien diabetes mellitus di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Sekarjaya sehingga didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan klien dan manfaat senam kaki untuk pencegahan kenaikan kadar glukosa dalam darah pada penderita diabetes melitus. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka dapat diambil kesimpulan: bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan klien setelah diberikan edukasi penerapan senam kaki pada pasien diabetes mellitus di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Sekarjaya. Conclusion: The results of this study describe the need for intervention of the implementation strategy to reduce hearing hallucinations. One of the treatments that can be done for urinary incontinence patients is through Kegel exercises. Kegel exercises are exercises to strengthen the pelvic muscles of the urinary tract because Kegel exercises can also cure the inability to hold urine (urinary incontinence). Objective: To determine the effect of Kegel exercises on urinary incontinence in the elderly Methods: This research uses a descriptive case study method using a nursing process approach. Results: From the results of the data obtained from 2 respondents, it was found that urinary incontinence problems and showed a change in the frequency of urination in 2 respondents after doing Kegel exercises.
