hiperglikemia kronik dan gangguan metabolisme karbohidrat karena kerusakan insulin atau
tubuh tidak bisa merespon insulin atau keduanya. Penderita dianjurkan mengonsumsi serat
sesuai anjuran yaitu 20-35 g/hari.
accidental sampling sebanyak 60 orang. Data asupan makanan responden diperoleh
dengan wawancara metode food recall 24 jam. Pengukuran kadar GDS memakai alat digital
glucometer. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata kadar glukosa darah sebelum
intervensi pada kelompok perlakuan 264.23 mg/dl pembanding 265.6 mg/dl. Setelah
dilakukan intervensi pada kelompok perlakuan rata-rata kadar glukosa darah 178.5 mg/dl,
dan pembanding 219.6 mg/dl. Hasil uji statistik (uji t-independent) menunjukkan p-value
0.001. Simpulan: Ada pengaruh pemberian puding tepung beras hitam dan buah naga

by the incidence of LBW is still a health problem that must be
resolved. Exposure to cigarette smoke can affect 1ow birth
weight babies in mothers who are exposed to cigarette smoke.
Objectives: This study aims to determine the relationship
between exposure to cigarette smoke in pregnancy and
newborn body weight.
Methods: This research used analytic r*,ith a cross-sectional
approach. From 100 population ofpregnant mothers, 50 people
were sampled in this study using the total sampling technique.
The independent t ariable was exposl.lre to cigarette smoke and
the dependent variable was the weight of the newbom and the
data were analyzed by using the chi- square test.
Results: The results of the statistical test showed that the
variables that were statistically signifrcantly related to the birth
weight of newboms were age withp value <0.$11, parity with
p value <0.016, education with p value <0.A1 and exposure to
cigarette smoke. with p value <0.012.
Conclusion: There were a significant relationship between
exposure to cigarette smoke and the weight of newborns at
Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang in 2021. It is necessary to
increase the socializafion and health education for pregnant

prevent the worsening of the condition of heart attack sufferers. This study aims to determine the effect of basic life support
training on the motivation, knowledge, and skills of trainees in providing first aid when cases of cardiac arrest occur in the
community. The design of the pre-experimental pretest-posttest one group is used to compare the motivation, knowledge, and
skills of the people in Lahat City, South Sumatera Province, Indonesia before and after training. The participants numbered
86 people, determined by the purposive sampling technique. Questionnaire data collection instruments and observation
sheets, motivational questionnaires were adopted from MQ John Smith 2017, while knowledge and skills questionnaires were
compiled concerning Basic Life Support (BLS) literature. Basic life support training intervention is carried out as many as four
sessions within a period of 3 months. Based on the analysis of the results obtained from abnormal data, the test conducted
by the Wilcoxon Test is known to have a significant increase in the variables of knowledge, skills, and skills. Respondents’
motivation after training, is directed with sequential p-values namely BLS to motivation (p = 0.033), skills (p = 0.001), and
knowledge (p=0.000). Conclusion: Basic life support training effectively improves community readiness to provide first aid
to heart attack victims. This program must be disseminated until a basic life support community is formed on standby in the community.</text>

<text>According to the WHO, stunting prevention efforts can
start from a young age. Young women can begin to be given
knowledge and understanding about the importance of fulfilling
nutrition as a teenager. The aim was to increase knowledge and
attitude about stunting in adolescent girls at SMA Negeri 5 Manggul
village, Lahat district.
Methods: The method is quantitative with a Quasy Experimental One
Group Pretest Posttest design, i.e., before the intervention, a pretest
is carried out, then after the intervention, a posttest is carried out.
The Sampling is total Sampling. This research was conducted at SMA
N 5 Manggul village, Kab. Lahat from July to December 2021.
Results: There is an increase in knowledge and attitudes, there is an
increase of good knowledge values after giving the intervention to
56%, and the value of good attitude at 60%. So it can be concluded
that there is an effect of providing nutrition education with booklet
media on the knowledge and attitudes of young women. Statistical
tests were carried out using the Paired Samples T-test, the value of p
= 0.000 showed that the level of knowledge about Stunting before
and after being given nutrition education through booklet media and
showed that there was an effect of providing Nutrition Education
through booklet media on the level of knowledge about Stunting (p =

<text>Objective: Teenagers are at high risk for drug addiction. Family resilience is important in preventing
adolescent involvement in drug abuse. This qualitative study aims to explore the experience of family
resilience based on the perspective of parents when their children are addicted to drugs.
Method: This qualitative study used a phenomenological method, involving eight participants based on
a purposive sampling technique with inclusion criteria of mothers who have experience caring for their
teenage children who have been addicted to drugs. Data qualitative was collected through in-depth
interviews, field notes and observations. The data collection process was discontinued after reaching
data saturation, namely after interviewing eight participants. The process of interpreting meaning is
carried out to obtain the significance of the results of in-depth interviews accompanied by triangulation
of methods and data using interpretive phenomenological analysis. Researchers strive to ensure the
validity and reliability of the study. This research was conducted for six months in mid-2019.
Result: This study resulted in five themes that can be categorized into one supporting theme and four
inhibiting themes. The supporting themes are acceptance of God’s destiny, while the themes of limited
financial conditions, lack of time together, the flexibility of a fragile family and harsh environment are
categorized as inhibiting themes.
Conclusion: Mothershave animportant role inoptimizing family resilience while caring for andimproving
the quality of life of their children who have experienced drug addiction.</text>
