Hal ini tentunya akan memperingan beban hidup pasien Obat anti psikotik,biasanya harus digunakan dalam jangka panjang sehingga pasien jiwa dan keluarganya perlu benar-benar memahami efek samping yang mungkin timbul, sebagian besar penderita perlu mengonsumsi obat dalam jangka panjang bahkan disaat sedang tidak ada gejala agar tidak kambuh, maka perlu adanya ketersediaan obat yang cukup bagi pasien jiwa Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kesesuaiaan permintaan dan penerimaan sediaan obat jiwa di puskesmas kabupaten OKU Timur tahun 2019. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah non eksperimen dengan metoda deskriptif secara restrospektif yaitu pengambilan data diambil dari LPLPO dan data yamg ada. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 22 puskesmas dan IFK Dinas Kesehatan di kabupaten OKU Timur yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2020, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi. Hasil :Dari jumlah puskesmas yang meminta dan menerima obat jiwa menunjukkan kesesuaian Trihexyphenidil tablet 14,3 % ( 3 puskesmas ), Phenobarbital injeksi 75 % ( 9 puskesmas ), Merlopam tablet 14,3 % ( 1 puskesmas ), Clozapine tablet 40,9 % ( 9 puskesmas ) dan Risperidone 59,1 % ( 13 puskesmas ) yang menerima obat jiwa sesuai dengan permintaan. Kesimpulan :Berdasarkan perhitungan Jenis dan Jumlah Obat Jiwa yang diminta dan diterima puskesmas di Kabupaten Oku Timur tahun 2019 tidak ada satupun jenis dan jumlah obat jiwa dengan ketepatan kesesuaian 100 %, hanya memiliki kesesuaian sebesar 72,8 % (Trihexyphenidil tablet), 88,7 % (Phenobarbital Injeksi), 61 % (Merlopam tablet), 82,5 % (Clozapine tablet) dan 95,2 % (Risperidone tablet). . GIC (Glass Ionomer Cement) merupakan salah satu bahan restorasi estetik yang digunakan pada gigi anterior dan posterior, bersifat adhesive terhadap jaringan gigi dengan perlekatan struktur gigi dan aplikasinya mudah serta mengandung fluor untuk mencegah karies sekunder. Ketahanan tambalan GIC dipengaruhi oleh bahan, teknik pengadukan, operator pelaksana dan waktu. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ketahanan tambalan GIC kelas I gigi posterior permanen pada siswa di SD Negeri Binaan Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey. Jumlah sampel 56 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa data univariate. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa di SD Negeri 35 Palembang dari 1077 siswa yang telah dilakukan penambalan terdapat 56 responden yang memenuhi kriteria penambalan GIC sebelumnya dengan usia ± 1,5 tahun, terdiri atas 51 elemen (85%) yang tahan, 2 elemen (3,3%) yang cukup tahan, serta 7 elemen (11,7%) yang tidak tahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan ketepatan waktu pendistribusian makanan, ketepatan standar resep, dan ketepatan besar porsi dengan sisa makanan biasa. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan rancangan penelitian Cross Sectional. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat inap dewasa kelas III di RSI Siti Khadijah Palembang sebanyak 30 reponden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa analisa univariat, sebagian besar responden mengatakan jam distribusi makanan tepat (76,7%), standar resep tepat (86,7%), porsi lauk hewani tidak tepat (70%), porsi lauk nabati tidak tepat (66,7%), porsi sayuran tidak tepat (80%). Analisa bivariat menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan bermakna antara ketepatan waktu pendistribusian, dan ketepatan standar resep dengan sisa makanan, tetapi tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara ketepatan besar porsi dengan sisa makanan. Bagi Pengelola Instalasi Gizi sebaiknya menstandarkan alat-alat yang digunakan pada saat pemorsian agar porsi yang didapatkan bisa sesuai dengan standar.
