Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi literature. Penelitian studi literature dengan menggunakan sumber literatur yang dengan menganalisis dan menyimpulkan berdasarkan penelitin yang sudah ada. Dari hasil yang dihimpun didapati jumlah sampel sebanyak 2.797 anak sekolah dsar dari 8 penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan indeks def-t sebesar 4,7 sehingga kriteria skor penilaian def-t tinggi. Sedangkan, indeks DMF-T sebesar 2,9 kriteria skor penilainnya sedang. Nilai RTI tinggi yaitu >50% dilihat dari tingginya angka karies gigi yang dibiarkan, lalu nilai PTI yaitu motivasi seseorang untuk menumpt giginya masih sangat rendah dilihat dari jumlah filling yang sedikit. Perawatan yang paling banyak dibutuhkan pertama adalah scalling,lalu restorasi,fissure sealent, pencabutan gigi, dan pendidikan kesehatan gigi (DHE). Hal ini menunjukan bahwa keadaan kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada anak sekolah dasar adalah buruk. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengambil 2 orang pasien Asma Bronchiale untuk menjadi responden penelitian. Pemberian posisi semi fowler pada pasien asma telah dilakukan sebagai salah satu cara untuk membantu mengurangi sesak napas. Keefektifan dari tindakan tersebut dapat dilihat dari Respiratory Rates yang menunjukkan angka normal yaitu 16-24x per menit pada usia dewasa (Ruth, 2005). Asthma has been known for thousands of years ago, experts define that asthma is an airway obstruction disease that provides symptoms of coughing, wheezing and shortness of breath (Somantri, 2009). The aim of the authors to do this research is to analyze. Giving a semi-fowler position to reduce shortness of breath in patients with asthma bronchiale. In this case study, the author uses the Qualitative Descriptive method. Where in this case study, giving a semi-fowler position is described descriptively, that is by describing the application of a semi-fowler position in patients with bronchial asthma. In this study the authors took 2 Asthma Bronchiale patients to become research respondents. Giving a semi-fowler position to asthma patients has been done as a way to help reduce shortness of breath. The effectiveness of these actions can be seen from the Respiratory Rates which shows a normal rate of 16-24x per minute in adulthood (Ruth, 2005). Background : Low birth weight babies (LBW) is a condition when a baby is born weighing less than 2500 grams. In LBW infants this situation can experience a lack of nutrients needed by the body. The general objective of this study is to obtain an overview of the effectiveness of family health education on the knowledge and independence of caring for low birth weight babies (LBW) in breastfeeding. Method : This research is a narrative study of literature that illustrates the Effectiveness of Family Health Education on Knowledge and Independence Caring for Low Birth Weight (LBW) Babies in Breastfeeding. Criteria for articles / research results used in this study consisted of 5 articles / research results published online between 2015-2019. Nurses have a big role in controlling anxiety with atraumatic care method, one of which is storytelling exercise. Storytelling aims to make children happy or be used as entertainment when being treated at the hospital and can reduce anxiety about children. Objective: the author is able to carry out nursing implementation in dengue hemorrhagic fever pediatric patients with anxiety nursing problems. Method: The design of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. The case study subjects were two cases of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever with Anxiety nursing problems at Siti Fatimah Hospital Palembang in 2021. Data collection techniques were by means of observation, interviews and filling out research instruments for tree days. Result: The results of the assessment before being given therapy, the patient experienced severe anxiety. The transfer activity exercise (Storytelling) has an effective effect on reducing the anxiety experienced by pediatric patients during hospitalization.
