<text>Abstract
Objective: This study aims to explore the cultural patterns, habits, and behavior of mothers in
overcoming postpartum problems.
Method: The study was of a qualitative design with an ethnography approach. A purposive
sampling technique was used, and data were obtained from seven participants who identified
with Palembang culture.
Result: The themes which emerged were: (1) Tiredness, drowsiness, and perineal pain were
part of the physical problems of postpartum mothers. (2) Sadness and lack of attention

were feelings that occur in postpartum mothers. (3) Traditional practices help with breast-
feeding problems and perineal pain. (4) Some traditional interventions help mothers reduce

physical problems. (5) Postpartum maternal needs are obtained from the family and commu-
nity through traditional interventions. (6) The expectation of postpartum mothers is the support

of husbands, families and health workers.
Conclusion: Mothers’ efforts to solve postpartum problems cannot be separated from habit and
the family’s culture. Health workers need to facilitate maternal care with a family culture
approach.

<text>Purpose: To describe the prevalence and the correlation between individual, environmental and household,
health behavior, and source of information factors with diarrhea among under-five children in five Southeast
Asian countries based on the National Health Survey.

Design and methods: Cross-sectional design conducted in five countries in Southeast Asia. Datasets from Demo-
graphic and Health Surveys and Multiple Indicator Cluster Surveys in five countries were analyzed.

Results: A total of 12,447 children under 5 years of age from five countries in Southeast Asia (Indonesia 1807,
Cambodia 2650, Myanmar 1717, the Philippines 3669, and Timor-Leste 2614) were included in this study. Binary
logistic regression was performed to analyze the data. A total of 12,447 under-five children were included in the
study. Overall, in five Southeast Asian countries, the prevalence of diarrhea is known from 8.39% in the

Philippines to 18.21% in Indonesia. Several factors related to diarrhea are individual; environmental and house-
hold; health behavior such as stool disposal, breastfeeding mothers, and children's food history; and source of in-
formation factors.

Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that diarrhea is a serious public health problem in the Southeast
Asian region that must be addressed using preventive and curative approaches.

Practice implication: The results indicate the need for cross-collaboration among nurses, medical doctor, and san-
itarian is needed to tackle the childhood diarrhea and minimize the severity based on those determinants.</text>

<text>Introduction: Heart disease in the world has increased every year. Compensation for the work of the heart on the
body causes a decrease in the patient’s activity which has an impact on sexual function. The purpose of this study

was to analyse the effect of supportive educative cardiac rehabilitation phase 3 (SE-CRP3) on male sexual dysfunc-
tion (SD) among patients with Chronic Heart Disease (CHD). Methods: A quasi-experiment study was undertaken

on August 2019. Sixty respondents was recruited by purposive sampling technique and divided into intervention
and control groups. International Index of Erectile Function Questionnaire (IIEF) was used to obtained the data about
sexual function. Then, we analysed the data using independent samples t-test and paired samples t-test. Results: We
found a significant difference between pre and post intervention in the intervention group (p=0.039) with mean of

sexual dysfunction (18.97 to 19.93). In addition, there was no significant difference between pre and post in the con-
trol group (p=0.152) and no differences in the both groups after the intervention of SE-CRP3 (p=0.568). Conclusion:

SE-CRP3 therapy has an impact on sexual function among patients with CHD. This may be considered by nurses as
an additional intervention in patients with CHD. Observations on the related variables can be considered.</text>

period the mother cares for her baby with breastfeeding. To help the success in breastfeeding, warm steam
therapy is needed to stimulate milk production. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of
warm steam therapy to increase maternal production of postpartum mothers. This research used quantitative
and qualitative approach with mixed methodology design. Sampling technique used purposive sampling and
obtained 32 people in treatment and 32 in control group. Quantitative analysis used independent and
dependent samples test paired t-test and qualitative used non-statistical analysis through logical inference
based on actual considerations and conditions. Result showed the average breast milk production before
treatment was 97.19 with SD=15.077 and after treatment was 103.59 with SD=11,447. Treatment with
warm steam therapy gave affects for the production of breast milk (p=0.017). Conclusions: treatment with
warm steam therapy was very beneficial for the health of post-partum mothers. Therefore, warm steam
therapy should be used as a model of post-partum maternal care at home.</text>

                <text>One disaster-prone country in
the world is Indonesia. Communities have to be ready
for disasters. To strengthen the community's readiness
to deal with disasters, knowledge must be increased.
Better educational methods are needed to convey
material, one of which is by utilizing technology.
Objective: The study aimed to construct and test the
effect of SiBen disaster education to improve the
readiness toward hurricanes in the community of
Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra, Indonesia. Method:
Research and Development (R & R&D) with
experimental tests, pre-test, and post-test were applied
in this study. A total of 40 people were given three
meetings within two weeks. Results: As the result, the
participants have shown progression of readiness (t =
3.168, p < 0.002). The findings indicated that the SiBen
Application effectively improved the readiness of the
community toward the hurricane. It is hoped that this
application can be widely used to improve the readiness
of the whole community. Recommendation: For further
researchers are expected to be able to develop this
application by adding online simulations together and
adding other types of disasters

appear together with other elderly problems. Depression
in the elderly can reduce the quality of life and increases
the risk of suicide. As a non-pharmacological alternative
treatment, laughter and classical music therapy positively
affect mental health, especially depression. Methods: The
Design of this study is a quasi-experimental research with
pre and post-test control group design. Data were
collected with a short-form GDS questionnaire 15
Statements. Results: A total of 32 participants were from
the elderly at the PangestiLawang Nursing Home.
Laughter Therapy showed a significant GDS score before
and after being given therapy p-value = 0.000. Classical
Music Therapy also showed a significant GDS score before
and after given therapy p-value = 0.002. In the
comparison between both therapies, there was no
significant difference between the treatment p-value =
0.541. Conclusion: There was a difference GDS before
and after the elderly were given laughter therapy and
classical music therapy, but there was no significant
difference in GDS score between laughter therapy and
classical music therapy, Both of them were given the same
effect on decreasing GDS Score for the Elderly at
