Hypertension is the biggest comorbid factor causing death from COVID-19. The high prevalence of hypertension cases cannot be separated from the role of self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is a strong factor and can be used to predict and explain a person's health behavior. Purposes: The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the self-efficacy of patients with hypertension during the COVID-19 period. Method: Using descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach of 78 respondents. Data collection used a demographic data questionnaire, a Self-Efficacy for Hypertension Management questionnaire, and a PSS-10 questionnaire (Perceived Stress Scale-10). The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square Test, T-Independent Test, and the Mann-Whitney U Test. Result: It shows that the average respondent is 60.15 years old, female 67.9%, low educated 59%, unemployed 69.2%, BMI 24.21 kg/m², has a history of hypertension in the family 56.4%, old suffering from hypertension 7.44 years, no complications of comorbidities 71.8%, mild stress 51.3%, married 87.2% and living with family (100%), high self-efficacy 75.5%. The results of the analysis showed that age (p value 0.608), gender (p value 0.369), occupation (p value 1,000), education (p value 0.007), nutritional status (p value 0.126), history of hypertension (p value 0.238), age suffering from hypertension (p value 0.724), complications (p value 0.024), marital status (p value 0.719), stress (p value 0.025).Conclusion: It was concluded that the factors of age, gender, occupation, nutritional status, history of hypertension, length of suffering, marital status were not related to self-efficacy. There is a relationship between education, complications, and stress factors with self-efficacy. The results of this study can be used for health workers to provide education about hypertension, so that it is expected to improve self-efficacy for patients with hypertension. Methods: This type of research design uses a descriptive design in the form of a case study. Salah satu penyebab sariawan adalah bakteri Candida albicans. Daun jarak pagar (Jatropha curcas L.) mampu menghambat bakteri Candida albicans penyebab sariawan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk memformulasikan daun jarak pagar menjadi sediaan obat kumur yang stabil secara fisik. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental. Ekstrak etanol daun jarak pagar diformulasikan menjadi sediaan obat kumur dengan memvariasikan gliserin sebagai humektan. Konsentrasi zat aktif yang digunakan untuk setiap formula adalah 25% serta konsentrasi gliserin yang digunakan adalah 15% pada formula kontrol, 10% pada formula I, 15% pada formula II, dan 20% pada formula III. Kemudian dilakukan uji kestabilan fisik terhadap sediaan obat kumur tersebut yang meliputi uji bobot jenis, viskositas, pH, kejernihan, warna, bau, dan rasa. Pengujian dilakukan selama 28 hari penyimpanan. Hasil : Sediaan obat kumur ekstrak daun jarak pagar (Jatropha curcas L.) memenuhi persyaratan bobot jenis, viskositas, pH,warna, bau, dan rasa namun tidak memenuhi persyaratan kejernihan yang merupakan syarat paling utama dalam sediaan obat kumur. Kesimpulan : Ekstrak daun jarak pagar (Jatropha curcas L.) belum dapat diformulasikan menjadi sediaan obat kumur yang stabil. Penyakit menyebar ketika penderita TB paru mengeluarkan bakteri ke udara dalam bentuk percikan dahak atau droplet nuclei. Pengobatan tuberkulosis terbagi dalam 2 tahap, yaitu tahap intensif (awal) dan yaitu tahap lanjutan . Pengobatan tuberkulosis menimbulkan efek samping, namun tidak semua efek samping tersebut terjadi pada penderita Tuberkulosis paru dan waktu terjadi efek samping tiap penderita tentu berbeda. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efek samping obat Tuberkulosis terhadap tinjauan waktu, umur dan dosis obat di Puskesmas Sekip. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Desain penelitian ini adalah jenis non-eksperimen, rancangan studi kasus dengan pendektan deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Maret – Juni 2022 melalui format pengkajian studi kasus serta observasi langsung pada tuberkulosis. Data yang didapatkan dijelaskan secara narasi sesuai konsep studi kasus. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan efek samping yang paling banyak dialami oleh pasien ialah urin berwarna oranye sebanyak 5 pasien (100%), pusing sebanyak 5 pasien (100%) dan kesemutan 4 pasien (80%). Efek samping timbul cepat terjadi pada pasien yang memiliki umur lebih tua dan dosis lebih tinggi. Umur dan dosis obat yang diberikan pada pasien mempengaruhi waktu munculnya efek samping. Pengetahuan pasien terhadap penyakit tuberkulosis baik, yang diberikan secara langsung oleh Pengawas Menelan Obat puskemas secara langsung saat pasien mengambil obat. Kesimpulan: Waktu timbulnya efek samping dipengaruhi oleh umur dan dosis obat yang diberikan. Semakin berumur dan mendapatkan dosis tinggi maka semakin cepat merasakan efek samping dari penggunaan Obat Anti Tuberkulosis. Status gizi merupakan keadaan seseorang atau sekelompok orang yang diakibatkan oleh konsumsi, penyerapan dan penggunaan zat gizi makanan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Gambaran asupan zat gizi makro dengan status gizi remaja di Panti Asuhan Subulussalam Palembang. Metode pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua remaja putra atau putri yang berada di Panti Asuhan Subulussalam Palembang. Dengan sampel sebanyak 54 responden. Analisis Univariat menunjukkan bahwa responden dengan asupan energi kategori baik sebanyak 45 orang (83.3%), asupan protein kategori baik sebanyak 44 orang (81.5%), asupan lemak kategori baik sebanyak 44 orang (81.5%), asupan karbohidrat kategori kurang sebanyak 35 orang (64.8%).
