Nurses are at risk of being exposed, infected and experiencing other health problems, besides that nurses are also at risk of experiencing mental health aspects that greatly affect the quality of life and productivity of health services, namely the risk of burnout syndrome or mental fatigue. Burnout is mental fatigue that lasts long enough. Purposes: This study aims to identify the determinant factors associated with burnout in nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design, with a sample size of 63 respondents and the sampling method is purposive sampling. Bivariate data analysis with chi square and multivariate with logistic regression. Results: Bivariate analysis showed that the variables statistically significantly related to nursing burnout were age, marital status and self-efficacy with p<0.05. While the results of the multivariate analysis showed that self-efficacy (RP 0.029; 95% CI 0.004-0.197) was the most dominant factor causing nurse burnout at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang. Burnout in nurses with low self-efficacy has a risk seven times (OR 7,000) higher than nurses with high self-efficacy. Discussion and suggestions: In this study, most nurses experienced burnout. Self efficacy is the most related factor to nurse burnout. Burnout in nurses with low self efficacy has a risk seven times higher than nurses with high self efficacy, but burnout is also influenced by age and marital status. Ait). Penelitian sebelumnya menemukan adanya senyawa aktif yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas fitokimia dan antimikroba bunga melati. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan cara maserasi dengan menggunakan pelarut air, metanol, etil asetat, dan heksana sebagai pelarut. Pengujian ekstrak dilakukan dengan metode pengenceran. Sampel bakteri yang digunakan adalah Escherichia coli (ATCC 8938) dan Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode difusi cakram, dengan rancangan acak lengkap 2 faktor dan 4 ulangan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak melati dengan konsentrasi 25%, 50%, 75% dan 100% berpengaruh dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri. Ekstrak bunga melati dengan pelarut etil asetat paling efektif untuk menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak bunga melati mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, steroid, saponin, tanin dan fenolik. Minimum Inhibitor Concentration (MIC) terdapat pada konsentrasi 0,1% (Staphylococcus aureus) dan 0,25% (Escherichia coli). Kandungan fitokimia yang terdapat pada ekstrak bunga melati secaja kajian memiliki potensi sebagai antimikroba dan perlu dibuktikan dengan penelitian lebih lanjut lagi. Stunting merupakan suatu keadaan indeks tinggi badan menurut umur berada dibawah -2 SD berdasarkan standar WHO. Data Pemantauan Status Gizi (PSG) selama tiga tahun terakhir mencatat bahwa prevalensi stunting mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2016 yaitu 27,5% menjadi 29,6% pada tahun 2017. Munculnya berbagai permasalahan kurang gizi disebabkan oleh tidak tercapainya ketahanan gizi sebagai dampak dari ketahanan pangan rumah tangga yang tidak terpenuhi. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan stunting pada balita, namun karena balita sangat tergantung pada ibu/keluarga maka kondisi keluarga dan lingkungan yang mempengaruhi keluarga akan berdampak pada status gizinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study. Data stunting diperoleh menggunakan indikator TB/U dan PB/U dan ketahanan pangan diukur menggunakan SQFF. Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan ketahanan pangan RT memiliki hubungan yang signifikans dengan kejadian stunting pada balita 0-59 bulan (p=0,031). Sebanyak 27 balita stunting (60,0%) ditemukan pada rumah tangga dengan kategori tidak tahan pangan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat hubungan antara ketahanan pangan rumah tangga dengan prevalensi stunting, hal ini dikarenakan masih terbatasnya asupan konsumsi yang berkualitas bagi balita 0-59 bulan. Dalam hal ini perlunya suatu program lintas sectoral baik pemerintah maupun Puskesmas dalam memberikan edukasi dan program dalam meningkatkan kualitas konsumsi balita 0-59 bulan, agar kasus stunting di Indonesia dapat diminimalisir.
