Dalam suatu perusahaan industri penggunaan mesin dan alat kerja mendukung proses produksi dan berpotensi menimbulkan kebisingan yang disebabkan oleh suara mesin, mesin tua, getaran mesin (Hz), saluran pembuangan pada mesin. Semakin tinggi intensitas kebisingan maka semakin bahaya bagi pekerja yang bekerja di PT tersebut. Upaya pengendalian terhadap intensitas kebisingan dapat dilakukan dengan identifikasi bising dengan pemetaan kebisingan (Noise Mapping) atau dengan cara teknik pengendalian kebisingan secara konseptual berdasar hirarki pengendalian resiko yaitu eliminasi, substitusi, enginering control, isolasi, pengendalian administratif, APD. Tujuan : Diketahuinya intensitas kebisingan dan pemetaan kebisingan pada PT. H Tahun 2023. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan desain penelitian crosssectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2023. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 3 lokasi kebisingan yang ada di PT. H yaitu pada produksi basah, produksi kering dan pompa IPAL. Sampel adalah jumlah titik kebisingan yang ada di area produksi basah yaitu sebanyak 10 titik. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah intensitas kebisingan dan pemetaan kebisingan (noise mapping). Hasil : Intensitas kebisingan pada PT. H yang diukur menunjukkan hasil nilai kebisingan tertinggi terdapat pada titik 7 yaitu dibagian dekat dengan mesin Creeper sebesar 87,0 dBA. Sedangkan nilai kebisingan terendah terdapat pada titik 10 yaitu dibagian kantor sebesar 83,8 dBA. kode zona warna ungu dalam peta kebisingan menggambarkan intensitas tingkat kebisingan <83,7 dBA yaitu pada titik 10, kode zona warna biru menggambarkan intensitas tingkat kebisingan 83,9-84,3 dBA yaitu pada titik 9, kode zona warna hijau menggambarkan intensitas tingkat kebisingan yang berkisar antara 84,5-85,1 dBA yaitu pada titik, titik 8 dan titik 6, kode zona warna kuning menggambarkan intensitas tingkat kebisingan yang berkisar antara 85,1-85,3 dBA, kode zona warna orange menggambarkan intensitas tingkat kebisingan yang berkisar antara 85,5-85,7 dBA yaitu pada titik 5, kode zona warna merah menggambarkan intensitas tingkat kebisingan yang berkisar antara 85,8-87,1 dBA yaitu pada titik 2, titik 4, dan titik 7. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di PT. H didapatkan hasil 5 titik dari total 10 titik pengukuran yang melebihi nilai ambang batas, tetapi masih dapat ditoleransi karena total waltu produksi selama ± 7 jam sehari. Nilai ambang batas (NAB) yang diizinkan sebesar 85 dB dengan pemaparan selama 8 jam. Saran : Diharapkan pada pekerja agar selalu mengenakan alat pelindung diri (APD) seperti earplug maupun earmuff. Depression is underdiagnosed and undertreated in primary care settings because they appear together with other elderly problems. Depression in the elderly can reduce the quality of life and increases the risk of suicide. As a non-pharmacological alternative treatment, laughter and classical music therapy positively affect mental health, especially depression. Methods: The Design of this study is a quasi-experimental research with pre and post-test control group design. Data were collected with a short-form GDS questionnaire 15 Statements. Results: A total of 32 participants were from the elderly at the PangestiLawang Nursing Home. Laughter Therapy showed a significant GDS score before and after being given therapy p-value = 0.000. Classical Music Therapy also showed a significant GDS score before and after given therapy p-value = 0.002. In the comparison between both therapies, there was no significant difference between the treatment p-value = 0.541. Conclusion: There was a difference GDS before and after the elderly were given laughter therapy and classical music therapy, but there was no significant difference in GDS score between laughter therapy and classical music therapy, Both of them were given the same effect on decreasing GDS Score for the Elderly at PangestiLawang Nursing Home. Communities have to be ready for disasters. To strengthen the community's readiness to deal with disasters, knowledge must be increased. Better educational methods are needed to convey material, one of which is by utilizing technology. Objective: The study aimed to construct and test the effect of SiBen disaster education to improve the readiness toward hurricanes in the community of Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra, Indonesia. Method: Research and Development (R & R&D) with experimental tests, pre-test, and post-test were applied in this study. A total of 40 people were given three meetings within two weeks. Results: As the result, the participants have shown progression of readiness (t = 3.168, p < 0.002). The findings indicated that the SiBen Application effectively improved the readiness of the community toward the hurricane. It is hoped that this application can be widely used to improve the readiness of the whole community. Tanpa kader tidak mungkin posyandu akan berjalan. di ketahui Intervensi pengetahuan tentang radang gusi pada kader posyandu di kecamatan Sako Kota Palembang melalui penyuluhan Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental semu (quasi-experiment) penelitian quasi exsperiment merupakan salah satu bentuk penelitian eksperiment yang memanipulasi variable independen, pemilihan subjek penelitian ini di lakukan secara random sampling. Rancangan penelitian berupa pretest-posttest one group design yaitu kelompok yang diberi perlakuan penyuluhan melalui ceramah disertai dengan demonstrasi dengan alat peraga. Rata-rata nilai pre-test pengetahuan kader posyandu di Wilayah kerja Kecamatan Sako Kota Palembang tahun 2022 adalah sebesar 16,20 poin dengan standar devisiasi 3.188 poin. Pada pengujian post-test pengetahuan di dapatkan rata-rata nilai yang lebih tinggi yaitu sebesar 23.13 poin dengan standar devisiasi 1.961 poin. Terdapat peningkatan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan pada kader yang di buktikan dari peningkatan pre-test terhadap post-test. Kesimpulan. Terlihat adanya peningkatan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan pada kader Posyandu di wilayah kerja Kecamatan Sako Kota Palembang. Terdapat perubahan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan kader posyandu sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan.
