<text>Congestive Heart Failure (CHF is a condition when the heart is unable to pump enough blood to meet the metabolic needs of the body's tissues. Complaints that often arise onCongestive Heart Failure (CHF)are shortness of breath, chest pain, prolonged expiration. Objective : get an overview of the implementation of nursing in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) with ineffective breathing patterns at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang. The case study subjects to be examined were three male and one female congestive heart failure (CHF) with ineffective breathing patterns. Method : using a descriptive method in the form of a case study with a nursing care process approach. The case study subjects were 4 patients in the emergency department with the same criteria as congestive heart failure (CHF) with ineffective breathing patterns.. This case study was conducted at Bhayangkara Palembang Hospital on April 22, April 28, April 30, May 3, 2023. Using data collection techniques by observation and interviews. Results : implementation of nursing given in the form of a semi-fowler position to reduce shortness of breath in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) in patient 1 before the semi-fowler position the patient feels short of breath, after being in the semi-fowler position the patient feels comfortable and shortness of breath is reduced, in patient 2 before in the semi-fowler position the patient feels shortness of breath and chest pain, after being in the semi-fowler position the patient feels comfortable and the shortness of breath is reduced, in patient 3 before the semi-fowler position the patient feels shortness of breath, and the body is weak, after being placed in the semi-fowler position the patient feels reduced comfort and shortness of breath, in patient 4 before the semi-fowler position the patient felt shortness of breath, and the body was weak, after being in the semi-fowler position the patient felt comfortable and reduced shortness of breath. Suggestion : It is hoped that the patient's family can recognize the signs of congestive heart failure (CHF) with ineffective breathing pattern problems and be able to carry out managementsemi-Fowler's position on the patient. The results of this case study are also expected to become a more comprehensive learning and research method and can be a reference for further research, especially in emergency care regarding the implementation of semi-Fowler's position nursing in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) with ineffective breathing patterns.</text>

<text>Janiati, Nia. 2022. Implementation of Nursing in Post-Operational Patients with
Lower Extremity Fractures with Problems with Physical Mobility Disorders at
Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang in 2022. Diploma III Nursing Program,
Department of Nursing, Poltekkes, Ministry of Health, Palembang. Supervisor (I):

Background: Fracture or fracture is a condition where the continuity of bone and
or cartilage is broken, which is generally caused by force and is also caused by
trauma or physical exertion, which is determined by the type and extent of trauma.
Impaired physical mobility is a limitation in the physical movement of one or
more extremities independently. The problem raised in this case study is impaired
physical mobility in postoperative lower extremity fracture patients. The purpose
of this case study is to implement impaired physical mobility in postoperative
lower extremity fracture patients. Methods: The design of this research is
descriptive in the form of a case study. The approach used is a nursing care
approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, planning,
implementation, evaluation, and nursing documentation. The subjects in this study
were 2 people with the same criteria, namely postoperative lower extremity
fracture patients. This research was conducted at Palembang Muhammadiyah
Hospital in 2022. Results: The results showed that impaired physical mobility was
carried out by changing the patient's body position, early ambulation, and
assisting with Activity Daily Living (ADL) with the implementation of 1 time per
day in the morning. This study was conducted to compare 2 respondents who had
been given implementation for 3 days. After the implementation of nursing
changed the patient's body position, early ambulation, and assisting with the Daily
Living (ADL) for 3 days, the conclusion that was obtained was that in patient 1,
the patient became accustomed to training himself but was still assisted by his
family and for his daily meals. a little. While patient 2 after the procedure the
patient became accustomed to training himself but still asked for help from his
family and for his daily meals the patient chewed slowly and the patient drank by
himself. Conclusion: It is expected to be able to implement and develop the
implementation of changing the patient's body position, early ambulation, Activity
Daily Living (ADL) to the adaptation of impaired physical mobility in
postoperative lower extremity fracture patients so that postoperative lower
extremity fracture patients will feel comfortable and will get used to training
themselves .

Methods: This case study design uses a descriptive method. The
sampling method used was a purposive sampling of as many as two
respondents, namely postoperative Sectio Caesarea patients who
underwent surgery at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital in March

carried out descriptively and presented narratively.
Results: Mobilization support is effective in overcoming impaired
physical mobility of postoperative Sectio Caesarea patients

life. Failure to breathe spontaneously and regularly after birth if not handled properly will be
fatal for the baby's life. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors and
incidence of asphyxia neonatorum. This study uses an analytical survey with a cross sectional
approach, using secondary data from the medical record installation of Muhamadiyah Hospital
Palembang for the period 1 Sept to 1 Oct 2016 with a total sampling technique of 156 births.
statistical analysis using chi-square. The results of the analysis of the incidence of asphyxia
neonatorum was 8.3%. There was a significant relationship between amniotic fluid mixed
with meconium (p=0,000;OR=21,719) and prolonged second stage (p=0,002;OR=42,600)
and asphyxia neonatorum. Early detection through regular antenatal examinations can
minimize risk factors and the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum.</text>
