Where every process of this incident cannot be avoided by every individual. One of the health cases that are often experienced by the elderly in Indonesia is depression. The impact that can be caused by depression such as sleep disturbances, eating pattern disorders, interpersonal disorders (irritability), interference at work, destructive behavior (using illegal drugs, alcohol or violence) and suicide. Of the several ways to deal with depression, both pharmacological and non-pharmacological, one of them is laughter therapy (humor). Methods: The data collection method used in this study was direct observation of patients with depressive disorders, before and after giving laughter therapy. Results: on client 1 when studied starting from day 1 the level of depression was 6, day 2 the client's depression score after 6 therapy was carried out, day 3 after laughing therapy was 5. Then, on day 4 the depression score obtained was 5 .Change from day 1 to day 4 depression score from 6 to 5 (mild depression). On the client 2nd day 1 the depression level on the client when studied was 5, the 2nd day the client's depression score after 5 therapy, the 3rd day after laughing therapy was 4. Then, on the 4th day the depression score obtained was 4. Changes from day 1 to day 4 depression score from 5 to 4 (minimum depression). Conclusion: After the implementation of nursing for both clients, it can be seen that memory has increased, depression levels have decreased, and knowledge levels have increased. Suggestion: after the elderly have shown signs and symptoms of depression, the nursing staff should carry out health monitoring and implement or continue the laughter therapy program so that it will be able to reduce the depression intervention score in the elderly with depression. Penentuan subyek pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling, dengan melibatkan klien skizofrenia yang sedang dirawat di klinik rawat inap bagi orang dengan gangguan jiwa. Hasil: Implementasi tindakan asertif sebagai intervensi dalam mengekspresikan marah dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif pada kedua klien, namun menjadi kurang efektif yang terjadi pada satu klien lainnya. Perbedaan kondisi dan karakteristik klien turut mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi tindakan asertif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tindakan asertif dapat menjadi intervensi dalam mengekspresikan marah pada klien skizofrenia dengan masalah perilaku kekerasan. Saran: Disarankan agar keterlibatan keluarga untuk dapat dioptimalkan agar tindakan asertif dapat dilanjutkan di rumah sehingga mengurangi perilaku kekerasan klien. Koordinasi antara pihak pemberi layanan keperawatan bersama keluarga menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan proses perawatan terhadap orang dengan gangguan jiwa. Schizophrenia is a clinical syndrome with various mental illnesses, usually severe, long lasting, and clients can be identified by deviations from their thoughts, perceptions and emotions. Symptoms that often appear in schizophrenic patients are hallucinations. Method : this research method was in the form of a descriptive case study, with the implementation method uses nursing care process. The data of this study was taken by the process of assessment, interviews, and observation conducted April 12 to 18 2021. The subjects of this case study were two patients with auditory hallucinations in the Bangau Room of Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, South Sumatra. Result : the results of the study show that the implementation of rebuke strategies in hallucinating patients was very helpful in controlling their hallucinations and in their recovery . Looking at the result of this study, it is expected to be useful in adding information to the patients about the implementation of schizophrenic nursing action with the problem of sensory audiotory hallucination. Conclusion : rebuking hallucinations by covering the ears can reduce the level of hallucinations because the patient becomes more focused and concentrated. Recommendation : seeing this, it’s hoped that patients will always apply the implementation strategies that have been taught in order to speed up the healing process in patients. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik menggunakan pendekatan implementasikeperawatan.Sampelyang diambilsebanyak2orangdengandiagnosamedisyangsamayaituasma bronkialdengan masalah intoleransiaktivitasdiPuskesmasMerdeka Palembang,padatanggal23-35Juni2018.Datapenelitianinidiambil denganmenggunakanwawancaradandatarekam medik. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasien 1 dan pasien 2 dapat memahamiinformasiyangdiberikandanmenerapkanteknikrelaksasi ototprogresifsehinggaintoleransiaktivitasberkurang. Hasilpenelitian inimaka perlu diberikan informasimengenaiproses penyakityang akan dilakukan lalu mengajarkan teknik relaksasiotot progresifagarintoleransiaktivitas pada pasien asma bronkialdapat berkurang.
