Purpose : The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to get an overview of the implementation of nursing in bronchial asthma patients with ineffective airway clearance problems at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang. The implementation of nursing that can be done on the problem of ineffective airway clearance is by monitoring breathing patterns, breath sounds and sputum, adjusting the semi�Fowler position, practicing effective coughing and providing health education about effective coughing techniques and their benefits. Subjects : The case study subjects studied were two patients with bronchial asthma with the same nursing problem, namely the problem of ineffective airway clearance. Research Method : The design of this study used a descriptive analytic method with case study exposure through a nursing implementation approach in bronchial asthma patients. Result : The results showed that the implementation of bronchial asthma nursing with ineffective airway clearance problems given to patients was able to overcome shortness of breath and reduce sputum in the patient's airway. It is recommended that the nursing implementation be carried out on a scheduled basis for bronchial asthma patients in the inpatient room. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui daya hambat VCO terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik. Sampel berupa VCO murni yang dibeli di supermarket dan dibuat masing-masing 10 ml dengan konsentrasi 10% sampai 100% dengan interval 10%. Daya hambat VCO terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus diuji dengan metode Kirby-Bauer (kertas cakram). Hasil penelitian didapatkan konsentrasi minimum VCO yang dapat menghambat pertubuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus yaitu sebesar 30%. Diameter zona hambat Staphylococcus aureus memiliki nilai minimum 0 mm dan nilai maksimum 13 mm, diameter rata-ratanya sebesar 7,80 mm, nilai tengah sebesar 9,50 mm dan standar deviasi 5,095. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier didapatkan ada pengaruhVCO terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus dengan pengaruh yang sangat kuat ditunjukkan dengan r = 0,821 dan p = 0,004. Dari hasil penelitian ini maka diharapkan masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan VCO sebagai obat alternatif untuk penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran implementasi keperawatan pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik dengan gangguan kebutuhan cairan di Instalasi Rawat Inap Paviliun Flamboyan RS. Pusri Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan asuhan keperawatan. Subyek penelitian yang diteliti berjumlah dua pasien dengan masalah keperawatan yang sama yaitu pasien gagal ginjal kronik dengan gangguan kebutuhan cairan. Penelitian dilakukan di Instalasi Rawat Inap Paviliun Flamboyan RS. Pusri Palembang dengan melakukan wawancara dan pemeriksaan fisik pada tanggal 11 April – 13 April. Hasil pengkajian pasien pertama yaitu P1 yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki serta data fokus pengkajian adanya edema di kedua kaki, BAK sedikit, kadar ureum dan kreatinin darah meningkat. Pasien kedua yaitu P2 berjenis kelamin laki-laki mengalami keluhan adanya edema di kedua kaki, BAK sedikit, kadar ureum dan kreatinin meningkat, dan muntah. Diagnosa keperawatan yang ditemukan sesuai dengan subyek penelitian yaitu kelebihan volume cairan berhubungan dengan gangguan fungsi ginjal. Perencanan keperawatan bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah yang timbul pada kedua pasien. Implementasi keperawatan yang dilakukan yaitu mengkaji status cairan, pembatasan masukan cairan, mengidentifikasi potensial cairan. Berdasarkan masalah keperawatan pada kedua pasien tersebut didapatkan masalah belum teratasi dan diperlukannnya perawatan lanjutan.
