Background: Typhoid fever is a disease caused by the bacteria Salmonella typhi. Typhoid fever or more often called typhus is a gastrointestinal infection disease caused by the bacteria Salmonella typhia, can be transmitted through food and drink. Samonella bacteria are found in the feces and urine of sufferers. The general aim of this study is to describe the implementation of nursing in patients with typhoid fever with a warm compress technique to reduce hyperthermia. Method: This research is a descriptive study with a case study design, in the case of a decrease in body temperature with a warm compress technique through the nursing process approach carried out by the researcher. Data collection in this study was by measuring the child's body temperature using a thermometer, and comparing the temperature results after a warm compress was carried out using a body temperature comparison sheet after and after a warm compress. Results: The results of the study after the implementation of the warm compress technique showed that patient 1 and patient 2 showed that the body temperature had improved within the normal range. What was found was that there was a significant relationship between hyperthermia and giving warm compresses to children with typhoid fever. Discussion: The implementation of warm compresses in typhoid fever patients with hyperthermia can be applied because it is more effective in lowering body temperature in children. The results of the assessment before being given therapy, the patient experienced severe anxiety. Results: The transfer activity exercise (Storytelling) has an effective effect on reducing the anxiety experienced by pediatric patients during hospitalization. Anxiety scores decreased significantly after the distraction technique with Storytelling was performed. The purpose of this case study is to describe the implementation of hyperthermia management in patients with impaired body temperature balance. Method: This research method is descriptive using case study method. Implementation includes monitoring body temperature, warm compresses, recommending bed rest and collaboration of intravenous fluids and electrolytes. The research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang with 2 participants with typhoid fever patients with hyperthermia problems. Implementation is carried for 5 days in patient 1 and 3 days in patient 2. Rresult: the case study results showed a decrease in patient's body temperature, patient 1 from 38,5°C to 36,5°C while patient 2 from 39°C to 36,3 °C. Secara umum tanda dan gejala yang sering terjadi pada pasien yang mengalami nyeri dapat tercermin dari perilaku pasien misalnya meringis. Tujuan penerapan kompres hangat untuk meningkatkan relaksasi otot-otot dan mengurangi nyeri pada kedua klien dengan Gastritis diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Bandar Jaya Lahat 2022. Metode: Disain studi kasus yang diginakan dalam karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pemaparan studi kasus. metode pendekatan yang diginakan dalam karya tulis ilmiah ini yaitu pengkajia, diagnose keperawatan, intervensi keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan, dan evaluasi keperawatan. Adapun implementasi yang penulis lakukan untuk mengatasi nyeri pada kedua klien yaitu dengan mengajarkan klien melakukan kompres panas. Hasil: Hasil penelitian dengan implementasi kompres panas menunjukan adanya penurunan nyeri yang sangat signifikan. Terlihat pada skala nyeri pada kedua klien sebelum dan sesudah di lakukan Tindakan kompres panas, sebelum dilakukan Tindakan skala nyeri pada kedua klien yaitu 5 dan Ketika sesudah dilakukan Tindakan kompres panas sesuai dengan SOP selama 3 hari skala nyeri pada kedua klien menurun menjadi 2. Maka dari itu terbukti bahwa Tindakan kompres panas dapat membantu untuk menurunkan atau menghilangkan nyeri pada penderita Gastritis. Tujuan penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini adalah mampu melaksanakan Implementasi Pasien Post Operasi Katarak pada Anak dengan Masalah Kebersihan Mata Di Rumah Sakit Khusus Mata Masyarakat Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Tahun 2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 2 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan membandingkan konsep implementasi pasien post operasi katarak pada anak dengan masalah kebersihan di Rumah Sakit Khusus Mata Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan, mengganti perban dan menetesi mata secara teori dan lahan tidak jauh berbeda, perawat selalu melakukan cuci tangan sebelum dan sesudah melakukan tindakan keperawatan pada pasien tetapi terdapat perbedaan saat mengganti balutan luka secara teori harus menggunakan cairan NaCl 9%, dan di lahan tidak menggunakan cairan NaCl 9% karena rumah sakit telah menyediakan kapas steril untuk membersihkan mata pasien. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ditemukan adanya kesenjangan antara teori dengan praktik. Perawat sudah cukup mengerti dan memahami tentang cara ganti perban dan pemberian obat tetes mata yang sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang telah ditetapkan. Pemasaran sosial kesehatan cenderung melakukan penyuluhan menggunakan media Lembar Balik (Flip Chart) disertai dengan demonstrasi menggunakan alat peraga kepada kader dalam upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan kader. Tujuan: Diketahui implementasi pemasaran sosial dalam meningkatkan Kesehatan gigi dan mulut melalui penyuluhan berupa ceramah menggunakan media Lembar Balik (Flip Chart) disertai dengan demonstrasi menggunakan alat peraga pada kader Posyandu di Kelurahan Bukit Lama Palembang. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental semu (quasi-experiment). Penelitian quasi-experiment merupakan salah satu bentuk penelitian eksperimen yang memanipulasi variabel independen, pemilihan subjek penelitian ini dilakukan secara non-random (Sugiyono, 2018). Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan berupa pretest-posttest one group design yaitu kelompok yang diberi perlakuan penyuluhan melalui ceramah dengan menggunakan media Lembar Balik (Flip Chart) disertai dengan demonstrasi dengan alat peraga. Hasil: Rata-rata nilai pre-test pengetahuan kader Posyandu di wilayah kerja Kelurahan Bukit Lama Palembang tahun 2022 adalah sebesar 22,03 poin dengan standar deviasi sebesar 2,580 poin. Pada pengujian post-test pengetahuan didapatkan rata-rata nilai yang lebih tinggi yaitu sebesar 26,83 poin dengan standar deviasi sebesar 1,984 poin. Terdapat peningkatan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan pada kader yang dibuktikan dari peningkatan nilai pre-test terhadap post-test. Kesimpulan: Terdapat perubahan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan kader posyandu sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan dengan menggunakan media flip chart dan demonstrasi menggunakan alat peraga.
