A person is said to have hypertension if the blood pressure check shows results above 140/90 mmHg. Method: This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing care approach. Case study subjects were 2 family members suffering from hypertension with pain problems at Merdeka Palembang Health Center. Data collection techniques were observation and physical examination, interviews, questionnaires and pain assessment. Results: The results showed a decrease in client 1 and client 2's pain scale after giving yoga therapy for 3 days a week with a duration of 20 minutes, namely clients I and Client II who previously experienced pain with a pain scale of 5 and 6 after yoga therapy the pain was reduced to pain scale 2 and 3, and given health education about hypertension to clients and families so that clients seem to understand hypertension.Conclusion: Implementation of yoga therapy can reduce acute pain in hypertension sufferers. It is recommended that the implementation of yoga therapy be carried out by scheduled sufferers for families and hypertensive clients for the pain they experience. Tuberkulosis lebih sering menyerang paru-paru, namun juga dapat menyerang bagian tubuh lain seperti selaput otak, kulit, tulang, kelenjar getah bening, dan bagian tubuh lainnya. Sekitar 70-80% anak-anak dengan tuberkolosis memiliki tuberkolosis di paru, sisanya memiliki tuberkolosis di organ lain atau tuberkolosis ekstra pulmoner. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, dan dari data penunjang medis lainnya. Setelah melakukan tindakan keperawatan masing-masing 3 hari pada Pasien 1 dan Pasien 2, peneliti mendapatkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu bersihan jalan napas efektif. Hasil: Dengan melakukan batuk efektif, teknik relaksasi napas dalam, mengatur posisi semi fowler, mempertahankan masukkan cairan, dan kolaborasi pemberian obat dapat mengurangi mukus yang terdapat dalam saluran pernapasan sehingga jalan napas menjadi efektif. Kesimpulan: Perawatan terhadap anak tuberculosis paru apabila terjadi sesak napas diberikan bantuan oksigen nasal maupun nebulizer sebagai pertolongan pertama. Metode : Desain penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan. Subjek penelitian kasus berjumlah sebanyak 2 orang dengan kasus dan masalah yang sama yaitu pasien hamil trimester III dengan masalah nyeri punggung bawah. Lokasi studi kasus di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2022. Data diambil menggunakan format pengkajian asuhan keperawatan maternitas. Selanjutnya data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prenatal yoga dapat mengurangi nyeri punggung bawah pada ibu hamil trimester III. Sebelum melakukan prenatal yoga kedua pasien mengalami nyeri dengan skala sedang, sedangkan setelah dilaksanakan prenatal yoga skala nyeri yang dialami kedua pasien menjadi nyeri ringan.
