Hasil : Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa klien 1 dan klien 2 mengenai masalah gangguan rasa nyaman menunjukan bahwa setelah dilakukan implementasi terapi air rebusan ketumbar selama 6 hari dengan durasi 15-20 menit terjadi penurunan skala nyeri pada klien 1 yang awalnya 4 menurun menjadi 2, dan pada klien 2 yang awalnya berada pada skala 5 menurun menjadi skala 2. Hypertension can also be interpreted as a condition where the systolic blood pressure is 140 mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure is 90 mmHg. Signs and symptoms of hypertension that are often felt are dizziness, sleep pattern disturbances, blurred vision, and pain in the head or occipital area. Method: This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing care approach. Case study subjects were 2 family members who suffer from hypertension with sleep pattern disturbance problems in the working area of the Merdeka Health Center in Palembang. Data collection techniques by way of observation and physical examination, interviews and questionnaires. Results: The results showed a decrease in sleep quality in client 1 and client 2 after administration of progressive muscle relaxation therapy for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 15-30 minutes, namely client 1 and client 2 who previously experienced complaints of difficulty sleeping with a frequency of hours of sleep ± only 4 hours and 5 hours after the progressive muscle relaxation therapy was carried out, complaints of difficulty sleeping, decreased sleep was normal for ± 7 hours, and health education was given about hypertension to clients and families so that clients seemed able to understand and understand hypertension. One of the complications in labor is prolonged labor, which influenced by the strength and psychology of mothers who are not ready to face labor. The purpose of this research is to reduce anxiety in latent phase I intranatal patients. Methods: The design of this research is descriptive in the form of a case study. The subjects studied were 3 people, namely intranatal patients in the latent phase I in the Ponek room at Siti Fatimah Hospital, South Sumatra Province on March 24, 2022. The data of this study were taken using questionnaires and interviews which were presented in a narrative manner. The number of subjects taken was 2 respondents who would be given nursing implementation but progressive muscle relaxation for 6 consecutive days. This research was conducted in the working area of the Palembang Social Health Care. Results : The results of the study after progressive muscle relaxation therapy showed that there was an increase in comfort status of the client and showed a significant difference in blood glucose levels on the first day and the sixth day after progressive muscle relaxation therapy. Method : This case study design uses a descriptive design in the form of a case study with a nursing care approach. This case study was conducted at the Bhayangkara Hospital in Palembang in 2023. Background : Violent behavior is a condition in which a person performs actions that can physically harm himself, others, and the environment. One of the implementations that can be done to control violent behavior is spiritual therapy. Methods: This research design uses a descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 3 respondents, namely patients with violent behavior problems who were treated at the Mitra Mulia Foundation, Banyuasin South Sumatra. The research data was taken by using interviews and observation. The results of data collection are presented in the form of tables and narratives. Result : Implementation of spiritual therapy can help patients control the violent behavior they experience. Conclusion : The results of this study illustrate the need for the implementation of spiritual healing to control violent behavior.
