Psychological conditions such as anxiety can affect the birth process. To overcome this, mothers need a support system such as husband assistance which has an important role in overcoming the anxiety of intranatal mothers in the first stage of normal delivery by providing support in the form of emotional support, appreciation, instrumental, and informative. Methods: This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study with 3 respondents as research subjects, namely intranatal patients during the first stage of normal delivery in the PONEK room RSUD Siti Fatimah Az-Zahra Provinsi Sumatera Selatan with the implementation of one day service. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The research data were taken using questionnaires and interviews. Results: The results showed that the implementation of husband's assistance had a significant effect on maternal anxiety during the first stage of normal delivery. The results showed that client 1 and client 2 could understand the information provided and apply effective coughing exercises and health education so that ineffective airway clearance was reduced. The results showed that the family social support that many families give to people with bronchial asthma is that the family looks very enthusiastic about the education given. Results: The results of mobilization support with non-pharmacological techniques in the form of Passive ROM exercises to increase muscle strength in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients were carried out for 3 consecutive days, range of motion increased and muscle weakness decreased. Patient 1, the muscle strength of the upper and lower extremities on the left previously scored 1 increased to a score of 2. Patient 2, the muscle strength of the upper and lower extremities on the right previously had a score of 2 to a score of 3. Conclusion: After Passive Range Of Motion is effective in the healing process of non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with impaired physical mobility, patient 1 and patient 2 increase muscle strength.
