Methods: The design of this study is a descriptive study of literature by exploring the implementation of nursing for children with typhoid fever with hyperthermia management problems. Results: After the researchers carried out the nursing implementation of hyperthermia management in patient 1 and patient 2, the results showed that the patient's family already knew and was able to carry out hyperthermia management methods. Conclusion: in addition to pharmacological therapy in collaboration, the provision of nursing care, providing education is also good for parents of patients with the aim of increasing knowledge so that in the future there will be changes in behavior, especially in the health sector.
