Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus. Kasus yang diambil sebanyak 2 orang responden yaitu keluarga pada klien Hipertensi dengan masalah defisiensi pengetahuan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas 1 Ulu Palembang pada bulan April 2019. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan asuhan keperawatan keluarga yang meliputi Pengkajian, Diagnosa keperawatan, Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Evaluasi, serta Dokumentasi. Dengan lebih memprioritaskan masalah defisiensi pengetahuan pada keluarga dengan Hipertensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dukungan sosial keluarga yang banyak diberikan oleh keluarga kepada penderita Hipertensi adalah keluarga terlihat sangat antusias terhadap edukasi yang diberikan. Fish traders are a group that is susceptible to dermatitis because they are often exposed to fish and water. The general objective of this study is to implement an implementation that has family health problems with impaired skin integrity so that it can improve the health of family members. The approach used includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects studied were two families with cases of nursing problems, namely Dermatitis clients. This case study was conducted in the working area of ​​the Puskesmas Merdeka, Palembang City. The assessment data were obtained through visits carried out from March to April 2021. From the assessment data, Mr. K's family is the nuclear family consisting of father, mother, and child. Mr. K has Dermatitis of the hands. Meanwhile, Mr. D's family is a nuclear family consisting of father, mother, and child. Mr. D also had Dermatitis on the hands. When the nursing diagnoses were formulated, 2 diagnoses were found, namely impaired skin integrity and lack of knowledge. Nursing planning aims to solve problems that arise in clients and families. Implementation of nursing carried out in Mr. K's family and Mr. D's family, among others, explaining about Dermatitis, its signs and symptoms, and its treatment. After the nursing evaluation was carried out, the writer found that all problems had been resolved from the two diagnoses that appeared, the client and family already knew and understood the health education that had been given including through skin care using VCO independently.
