In fish traders the emergence of contact dermatitis is because every day contact with fish and hands are often immersed in water, causing disturbances in skin integrity. To overcome nursing problems caused by contact dermatitis, it is necessary to implement nursing in the form of giving olive oil, health education about the use of personal protective equipment and health education about personal hygiene. This research design uses descriptive method in the form of case studies. Cases taken were 2 respondents, namely fish traders with contact dermatitis who experienced skin integrity disorders in the working area of Puskesmas Merdeka Palembang in March-April 2021. The data of this study were collected using a family nursing care assessment format, observation, interviews. The results showed that nursing care for skin integrity disorders can improve the skin integrity of client 1 and client 2. As well as providing health education which is expected to increase client and family knowledge about the use of personal protective equipment and the importance of personal hygiene. The design of this study uses Descriptive methods in the form of case studies. The sample was taken by 2 respondents, namely families with Stroke patients with problems with physical mobility barriers at Puskesmas 23 Illir Palembang in April 2021. The data of this study using case study method on Mr.Y and Mrs. H families for 2 weeks ,where 1 respondent family 1 week. The results were obtained to address the problem of muscle strength in stroke patients and there is no gap between theory and implementation carried out in the field where the research practice is conducted. Looking at the results of the study is expected that stroke sufferers with muscle strength problems can support their health to be better.
