Tuberkulosis paru adalah suatu penyakit kronis menular yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium Tuberkulosis dan merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang masih perlu mendapat perhatian yang serius dari pemerintah maupun lapisan masyarakat karena dapat menyebabkan kematian. Di puskesmas 23 ilir palembang pada tahun 2017 yang terkonfirmasi bakteriologis BTA+ yaitu sebanyak 8 orang laki-laki dan 4 orang perempuan dengan dugaan penderita TB Paru sebanyak 164 orang yaitu 86 laki-laki dan 78 perempuan. Adapun tujuan studi kasus ini untuk mampu mengimplementasikan latihan batuk efektif, dan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada keluarga mengenai penyakit tuberkulosis paru. Subyek studi kasus ini adalah dua orang pasien dan keluarga pasien tuberkulosis paru dengan masalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan napas. Studi kasus dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas 23 Ilir Palembang Tahun 2019 yaitu di rumah keluarga Tn.Z dan Tn.A. Studi kasus dilakukan dengan kunjungan rumah selama 3 kali kunjungan untuk memberikan implementasi keperawatan keluarga pada keluarga dari tanggal 13 April – 15 April 2019. Pada saat pengkajian didapatkan pasien batuk dan mengalami sesak. Implementasi yang dilakukan pada pasien dan keluarga antara lain untuk masalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan napas dilakukan latihan batuk efektif, dan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan mengenai penyakit tuberkulosis paru. Evaluasi dari ketiga masalah yang diangkat, semuanya dapat teratasi. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan yang telah dilakukan penulis, saran yang bisa disampaikan ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pembelajaran dan bahan acuan dalam memberikan implementasi keperawatan dengan Tuberkulosis Paru. To overcome and prevent the recurrence of Rheumatoid arthritis need to be taught how to exercise rheumatism and get support from the family. Method: The design of this study uses descriptive in the form of case studies. The case taken as many as 2 respondents are families with rheumatoid arthritis who experienced pain in the working area of Puskesmas Sei Selincah Palembang in April 2021. Adapun tujuan dari studi kasus ini yaitu mampu mengimplementasikan latihan Range Of Motion (ROM) dan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada keluarga mengenai penyakit stroke. Subjek studi kasus ini yaitu dua orang pasien stroke dan keluarga pasien stroke dengan masalah hambatan mobilitas fisik. Studi kasus dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas 23 Ilir Palembang Tahun 2019 yaitu di rumah Tn.K dan Tn.M. Studi kasus dilakukan dengan kunjungan selama 3 kali kunjungan untuk memberikan implementasi keperawatan keluarga pada keluarga dari tanggal 20 Mei 2019-22 Mei 2019. Pada saat pengkajian didapatkan bahwa pasien mengalami hambatan mobilitas fisik. Implementasi yang dilakukan pada pasien dan keluarga antara lain untuk hambatan mobilitas fisik yaitu dilakukan implementasi dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan mengenai stroke, hambatan mobilitas fisik, dan Range Of Motion (ROM), serta memberikan tindakan keperawatan yaitu latihan Range Of Motion (ROM). Evaluasi dari masalah yang diangkat yaitu dapat teratasi sebagian, keluarga dan pasien sudah paham tentang materi pendidikan kesehatan dan cara latihan Range Of Motion (ROM), sedangkan masalah kekakuan pada bagian ekstremitas masih dialami pasien. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan yang telah dilakukan penulis, saran yang disampaikan ini bisa digunakan sebagai sumber informasi dan bahan acuan dalam memberikan implementasi keperawatan dengan Stroke.
