The purpose of this case study is to be able to carry out nursing implementation of fluid intake disorders with fluid and electrolyte imbalance problems in children with gastroenteritis at the Sungai Dua Health Center, Banyuasin Regency in 2021. The design of this study uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. Cases were taken as many as 2 respondents, namely patients who experienced fluid and electrolyte imbalances in gastroenteritis children located in the children's room of the Sungai Dua Banyuasin Community Health Center. The implementation of this case study is in February 2020. The results showed that clients 1 and 2 no longer experienced symptoms of diarrhea after treatment by the health center and the mother also understood about diarrhea after being given thorough education. Results: Based on research that has been conducted by experts regarding the Guided Imagery Technique in post Sectio Caesarea patients with acute pain, the results showed that the Effect of the Guided Imagery Technique can reduce pain in post Sectio Caesarea patients. Pemberian kompres hangat dengan teknik Tepid Sponge sangat efektif dilakukan karena memberikan efek vasodilatasi (pelebaran) pembuluh darah sehingga pori-pori kulit akan membuka dan mempermudah pengeluaran panas, pemberian kompres hangat yang dilakukan peneliti menurunkan suhu tubuh sekitar 0,3-0,4°C, pemberian obat antipiretik juga memberikan efek menurunkan pusat pengaturan suhu di hipotalamus, diikuti respon fisiologis yaitu penurunan produksi panas. Therefore, prevention and treatment efforts are needed by measuring body temperature, warm compresses and drug administration collaboration. The methods used are interview methods, physical examinations and other medical supporting data. The subject of the case study used was an individual of two people aged 6-12 years who had the same nursing problem which is Dengue Fever with hyperthermia problems. This research was conducted at Siti Fatimah Hospital in April 2021. After 3 days of treatment, the results were obtained that patient 1 experienced a decrease in body temperature from 39ºC to 37ºC and patient 2 from 38.7º to 36.8ºC, the results showed that warm compresses and collaboration of drug administration were effective for lowering the body temperature of dengue fever children with hyperthermia problems. Dan ketidak adaan ini menimbulkan keabnormalan atau tidak adanya peristaltik serta tidak adanya evakuasi usus spontan. Hisprung kebanyakan terjadi pada bayi aterm dengan berat lahir  3 Kg, lebih banyak laki – laki dari pada perempuan. Hisprung dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya faktor genetik, lingkungan dan interaksi keduanya, sehingga menimbulkan gangguan eliminasi BAB, implementasi keperawatan yang dapat dilakukan pada masalah gangguan eliminasi BAB adalah melakukan tindakan pemberian enema, tindakan kolaborasi dengan dokter dalam pemberian obat dan pendidikan kesehatan pada orang tua pasien. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 2 pasien anak yang memiliki kasus hisprung dengan masalah gangguan eliminasi BAB. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Ruang Selincah 1 Rumah Sakit Mohammad Hoesin Palembang dan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 Juni 2018. Data penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan format pengkajian dan pemeriksaan fisik,. Setelah ditabulasi data yang ada dianalisis yang bersifat naratif dengan format asuhan keperawatan. Hasil penelitian yang didapat setelah diterapkan implementasi pada An.Z dan An.M maka masalah gangguan eliminasi BAB yang dirasakan kedua pasien berkurang. Dari hasil penelitian ini maka diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan bagi orang tua pasien.
