One of the actions performed on fracture patients is ORIF surgery. The problem raised is impaired physical mobility. Nursing intervention to overcome this problem is mobilization support. The goal is to carry out nursing care for patients after ORIF surgery in overcoming physical mobility disorders. Design This research is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing care process approach. Case study subjects were 2 people with the same criteria after ORIF surgery. In cases of breast cancer patients who will undergo breast removal surgery (mastectomy) show expressions that reflect anxiety, depression and negativism or rejection. Methods: The design of this study used a descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 2 respondents, namely patients with pre-mastectomy surgery in the Surgical Room of Muhammadiyah Hospital, in March 2022. The data of this study were taken using questionnaires, interviews, observations and physical examinations were carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Results: The study found that sleep pattern disturbances were caused by psychological changes in patients with patient data complaining of difficulty sleeping, with poor categories of insomnia scores 13 and 12, the implementation of sleep support in the form of autogenic relaxation helped patients reduce sleep pattern disturbances with a response to decreasing insomnia scores to 7 and 6 and convey a more relaxed feeling after autogenic relaxation activities. Conclusion: The results of the study illustrate the need for sleep support interventions in the form of autogenic relaxation to reduce disturbed sleep patterns. This study aims to describe and analyze the results of implementing breastfeeding education in normal post partum mothers with ineffective breastfeeding. Method: This research uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study through a nursing care approach. Case studies are focused on the implementation of nursing educational breastfeeding supported by PBM NIR technology. The subjects studied were 3 patients with the same nursing problems, namely normal post partum mothers with ineffective breastfeeding at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. This research was conducted for 3 days each. Results: The results of this study show that breastfeeding education can overcome ineffective breastfeeding, so that the patient's breastfeeding status improves and the patient's knowledge about breastfeeding increases. Conclusion: Implementation ofbreastfeeding education improves breastfeeding status in normal post partum mothers. The results of this study recommend that health workers can provide assistance that is appropriate to the problems that patients have. Implementasi Keperawatan Edukasi Nutrisi Pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II. Program Diploma DIII Keperawatan, Jurusan Keperwatan Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang. Latar belakang: Diabetes Mellitus merupakan salah satu jenis penyakit kronis yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya kadar gula di dalam darah akibat adanya gangguan sistem metabolisme di dalam tubuh.pada penderita Diabetes Mellitus biasa akan mengalami penurunan berat badan dikarenakan kadar glukosa yang tidak dapat masuk kedalam sel, sehinggal sel kekurangan bahan bakar untuk menghasilkan energi.untuk kelangsungan hidupnya sumber energy terpaksa diambil dari cadangan lain yaitu lemak dan protein. Tujuan : penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran implementasi Keperawatan Edukasi Nutrisi pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus tipe II. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah naratif dalam bentuk studi literatur menggunakan researt library. Kriteria artikel/ hasil penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 artikel/ hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan secara online antara tahun 2015-2019. Artikel atau hasil penelitian tersebut tersedia secara full Teks untuk digunakan peneliti sebagai data untuk dianalis. Hasil: Berdasarkan penelitian yang pernah dilakukan oleh para ahli mengenai edukasi nutrisi didapatkan hasil Pemberian edukasi Nutrisi pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus tipe II mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan pasien dalam menjalankan program terapi diet dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien mengenai nutrisi yang tepat bagi tubuh, dapat menjaga kestabilan kadar gula darah penderita, mencegah komplikasi dan mempertahankan berat badan normal Kesimpulan: Diharapkan dengan penerapan edukasi nutrisi ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien dalam pengelolaan Nutrisi yang tepat serta dapat dikembangkan lagi dan menjadi pembelajaran untuk penelitian selanjutnya.
