Studi kasus dilakukan di rumah keluarga di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kalidoni Palembang dengan melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada tanggal 22 Juni – 27 Juni 2018. Hasil studi kasus pada dua keluarga didapatkan bahwa terdapat 3 masalah keperawatan pada kedua keluarga yaitu nyeri kepala, intoleransi aktivitas dan ansietas. Intervensi dan Implementasi keperawatan yang dilakukan disesuaikan dengan intervensi yang telah disusun dan teratasi pada implementasi di hari ketiga. Dari pengkajian sampai diagnosa keperawataan keluarga pada dua keluarga didapatkan bahwa terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dan dilapangan serta keselarasan antara kedua keluarga. Patients who experience a stroke may experience various problems that interfere with the normal functioning of the body, such as paralysis or weakness in the limbs, resulting in difficulties in daily activities, namely sensory disturbances (sensory organs) difficulty in defecating. The design of this case study is a descriptive case study. Descriptive case study is a research method that seeks to describe the object or subject being examined objectively, aiming to describe systematically, the facts and characteristics of the object and the frequency under investigation accurately. This scientific paper uses a case study of the implementation of nursing support for ambulation in stroke patients with impaired physical mobility at the Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. The case study used in nursing research is a case of handling impaired physical mobility in stroke patients at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital in 2023 which will be examined in detail and depth. The research subjects to be examined in this case study are two cases with the same problem, namely non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with impaired physical mobility at the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital in 2023. The case study research location is at the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital. The data collection time for the case study will be carried out for 3 days in March 2023. The data collection tool or instrument uses the nursing process assessment format which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Methods used in nursing implementation to address impaired physical mobility in non hemorrhagic stroke sufferers are interviews, observations, measurements, and physical examinations, documentation studies, implementation or action. T and Mrs. N, namely that both patients experience impaired physical mobility. Hasil : Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan implementasi keperawatan di dapatkan hasil dukungan dari keluarga dalam menjalani pengobatan tbc dengan masalah bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif. Half of those who have a stroke will experience a physical disability. Post-stroke patients experience various physical disorders, depending on the part of the brain affected. Stroke patients are likely to experience paralysis of half the body, difficulty talking to other people (aphasia), drooping mouth (facial drop), weak arms and legs, impaired body coordination, mental changes, emotional disturbances, communication disorders, and loss of sense of taste. Purpose : This study aims to provide health education about stroke and implement ROM exercises for post-stroke clients with impaired physical mobility. Method : The design of this research is descriptive in the form of a case study. Samples were taken as many as 2 respondents, namely families of stroke patients with problems with physical mobility disorders in the Work Area of 23 Illir Health Center Palembang. The case study was conducted for 2 weeks, where 1 respondent's family took 1 week. Result : Family knowledge increased after health education was conducted. Before doing ROM exercises, the second client's muscle strength was obtained with a score of 3. After doing ROM exercises for 1 week on the first client and the second client, the score increased from 3 to 4. Conclusion : Giving health education to families 1 and 2 can be understood by the family and the application of ROM exercises to both clients showed that the muscle strength score increased from 3 to 4.
