Ineffective airway clearance in pulmonary tuberculosis patients will cause nursing problems that can cause respiratory function disorders. The case study subjects studied were at least two people with the same nursing problem, namely the problem of ineffective airway clearance. The design of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study to explore the problem of nursing implementation of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway clearance problems at the Palembang Bari Hospital in 2022. In this case study, there are two types of data analysis used, namely subjective data and objective data. The results of the case study show that the implementation of nursing for pulmonary tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway clearance problems is to adjust the semi-Fowler position, assess respiratory function and practice effective coughing. Results and Conclusions: After implementing the same nursing care for both patients for 3 days, the conclusion was that the patient's respiratory rate began to improve and both patients showed an increase in secretion ability so that the patient was able to overcome the reduced sputum in the airway.
