Pemenuhan nutrisi (ASI) pada bayi BBLR diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan pada bayi dengan berat badan lahir rendah dengan gangguan pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi (ASI) pada bayi BBLR di Ruang Neonatus RSUD Sekayu. Metode: Rancangan pada Studi kasus ini adalah deskriftif analitik dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnose keperawatan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Subyek penelitian yang diteliti berjumlah dua pasien yaitu bayi dengan Berat Badan Lahir Rendah dengan Masalah Keperawatan yang sama. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 09 Juni – 13 Juni 2018 dengan melakukan wawancara dengan orang tua pasien dan pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil pengkajian didapatkan Bayi Ny. M memiliki berat badan lahir 2000 gram, sedangkan bayi Ny. I memiliki berat badan lahir 1900 gram, bayi lahir dismature (38 minggu). Pada tahap implementasi ketidakseimbangan nutrisi yang dilakukan yaitu mengkaji reflex hisap dan menelan, memberikan ASI secara langsung dan menimbang kenaikan berat badan bayi. Hasil: Setelah dilakukan tidakan keperawatan didapatkan hasil Adanya kenaikan berat badan dari kedua bayi. Pada bayi I dari 2000 gram menjadi 2100 gram dan pada bayi 2 dari berat badan 1900 menjadi 2180 gram. Kesimpulan: Melihat dari hasil penelitian ini maka perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas asuhan keperawatan secara komprehensif baik secara mandiri maupun kolaborasi dan melakukan asuhan keperawatan sesuai prosedur khususnya dalam pemenuhan nutrisi (ASI) pada bayi berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR) untuk mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi. At the level of development or adult age, the normal sleep pattern needed is about 8 hours a day. But nowadays it is found that people with hypertension only sleep 2-3 hours a day. The purpose of this case study is to provide nursing care to hypertensive clients with sleep pattern problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. Methods : The design of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, evaluation and documentation. The case study subjects were 2 cases of Hypertension with nursing problems of sleep pattern disorders in Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang in 2022. Case Study Methods: The design of this case study is a case study to explore the problem of implementing nursing in implementation patients with acute pain problems in hypertensive patients at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang City. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, evaluation, and documentation. Case Study Results: The study obtained results with the pain problem being resolved by conducting a Pain Management Assessment to find out the pain scale by carrying out pain assessment actions using the PQRST method with implementation 1 time per day in the morning or afternoon. This study was conducted to compare 2 respondents who had been given implementation for 3 days, the conclusions obtained were that in patient 1, there was a pain scale of 3 and in patient II, the pain scale was 2. breathing exercises (deep breathing relaxation techniques), to reduce head pain by doing implementation 1 time per day in the morning or afternoon. This action or this study was carried out to compare 2 respondents who had been given implementation for 3 days, the conclusions obtained were that in patient 1 the pain problem was reduced and used to do it alone when the pain suddenly appeared and patient II also said the pain problem disappeared and do it whenever the pain arises. Background: Background: Physiological needs are things that are absolutely fulfilled by humans to survive. A fracture is a break in the continuity of the bone, which is usually caused by trauma or physical exertion. Postoperative pain is a problem that often occurs in postoperative fracture patients. The problem raised in this case study is acute pain in postoperative fracture patients. The purpose of this case study is to implement pain management in postoperative fracture patients with cold compresses. Methods : The design of this research is described in the form of a case study. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, planning, implementation, evaluation, and nursing documentation. The subjects in this study were 2 people with the same criteria, namely postoperative fracture patients. This research was conducted at Siti Fatimah Hospital, South Sumatra Province, on March 19, 2022 and April 9, 2022. Results : The results showed that pain management with non-pharmacological techniques in the form of cold compresses was effective in reducing pain in postoperative fracture patients. In patient 1 before pain management was carried out with non-pharmacological techniques in the form of cold compresses on a pain scale of 6, after cold compresses were carried out for 5-10 minutes for three days, the pain scale became 3. Whereas for patient 2 before pain management was carried out with non-pharmacological techniques in the form of cold compresses, the pain scale was 7, after cold compresses were carried out for 5-10 minutes for three days, the pain scale became 3. Conclusion : The application of cold compresses that have been carried out can reduce the level of pain felt by postoperative fracture patients. Methods: The type of research used is descriptive in the form of case studies with data collection methods by means of interviews and physical examination. The research subjects were two pulmonary tuberculosis patients with nutritional deficit problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. The nursing implementation approach used includes identification of nutritional status: management of oral hygiene and providing diet education. This study was conducted to compare two respondents who had been given implementation for three days where 1 day was implemented 3 times, namely nutrition management, oral hygiene and diet education and was carried out in the morning. Results: The study showed that after three days of implementation the problem of nutritional deficit experienced by weight patients increased by 1 kg, oral hygiene improved, and knowledge increased. Conclusion: in overcoming nutritional deficits in pulmonary tuberculosis patients, there is no gap between theory and implementation in the field. Bronchial asthma is usually characterized by a history of airway symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest heaviness, and coughing whose intensity varies over time, as well as the presence of a variety of exspiration airflow restrictions. The design of this study uses analytical descriptive methods in the form of case studies by conducting nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation by focusing the implementation on the application of problems with impaired airway clean ineffectiveness. There were also subjects studied by researchers as many as 2 patients with the same problem, namely in bronchial asthma patients with ineffectiveness problems of airway cleaning in the cempaka room of AK Gani Hospital Palembang. The results showed that the implementation of nursing in bronchial asthma patients with the effect of airway cleansing problems given to patients is able to reduce tightness in patients. The conclusion of the study is after the implementation of nursing in bronchial asthma patients with airway clean effectiveness problems, namely regulating the semi-fowler position, effective cough and collaboration of drug administration through nebulizer tools from both patients can be simpilkan that the four implementations can make the patient comfortable and can reduce the tightness suffered by the patient.
