The post-SC surgical wound in the abdomen area will cause pain. Aromatherapy is a non pharmacological treatment for the pain. The of aromatherapy is able in increasing relaxation, lowering stress, and reducing pain. The purpose of this study was to describe aromatherapy (observational, therapeutic, educational, and collaborative0 in Post Sectio caesarea patient with acute pain, analyze the results of the implementation of aromatherapy in Post Sectio caesarea patient with acute pain. Methods: This research design uses a descriptive methode in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation. This case study focuses on the implementation of aromatherapy nursing and providing health education about aromatherapy. The subjects studied were 2 patients with the same nursing cases and problems, namely postoperative Sectio caesarea patients with acute pain at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. This research was conducted on March 7, to March, 9 2022 and March, 12 to March, 14 2022. Results: The results show that aromatherapy has an effective effecr on treating acute pain in patiens, so that the pain experienced by patients reduces the impact of independent activities and can increase patients knowladge about aromtherapy of Post Sectio caesarea. Conclusion: It is hoped that the implementation of aromatherapy in postoperative Sectio caesarea with acute pain can be implemented and can be further developed and become a lesson for further research. Background: patients Post sectio caesarea feel pain due to surgery on the abdomen so that it stimulates the hormones histamine and prostaglandins that cause pain. Pain management in post sectio caesarea with non-pharmacological methods, one of which is lavender aromatherapy. Lavender aromatherapy provides a relaxing effect so that patients can adapt to pain. The purpose of this study was to reduce pain in post- SC patients. Methods: The research design is descriptive in the form of a case study. The subjects studied were 2 people with the same nursing cases and problems, namely post SC patients with acute pain in the Siti Walidah room at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. This research was conducted on March 8-13, 2022. Results: After implementing nursing, it was found that lavender aromatherapy helped reduce post SC pain with a pain reduction response in patient 1 from a scale of 5 to 2 and patient 2 from a scale of 6 to 2. Conclusion: Plan Nursing care that has been compiled based on theory and implementation has shown success in overcoming pain. Rancangan pada Studi kasus ini adalah melalui pendekatan Asuhan Keperawatan yang meliputi Pengkajian, Diagnosis Keperawatan, Perencanaan, Implementasi dan Evaluasi. Subjek yang digunakan 2 orang yang mengalami Artritis Rheumatoid dengan masalah keperawatan nyeri kronis di Graha Lansia Sekayu. Data penelitian ini didapat melalui pengkajian keperawatan dan data tersebut akan analisa untuk dilakukan tindakan keperawatan. Implementasi yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pengkajian nyeri, melakukan kompres hangat, mengatur posisi klien dan memeberikan edukasi pada klien yang menderita Rheumatoid Artritis. Nyeri kronis pada lansia dapat berkurang dengan melakukan tindakan keperawatan yaitu melakukanpengkajian nyeri, tindakan kompres hangat, mobilisasi dan memberikan edukasi pada lansia. Dengan implementasi keperawatan tersebut maka didapatkan hasil nyeri pada pasien 1 berkurangdariskalanyeri 6 menjadiskalanyeri 2 danpadapasien 2 jugamenujukkanhasil yang samayaitudariskalanyeri 7 menjadiskalanyeri 3. Melihat dari hasil studi kasus ini maka perlu adanya implementasi keperawatan untuk mengurangi nyeri yang timbul pada lansia yang disebabkan oleh Artritis Rheumatoid. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada kedua pasien masing-masing tiga hari dengan kasus dan masalah yang sama yaitu pasien post partum dengan masalah bendungan ASI. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Keperawatan Bendungan ASI pada Pasien Post Partum yang diberikan pada pasien mampu mengatasi rasa nyeri dan dapat menambah volume ASI pada pasien. Kesimpulan: Melihat hasil penelitian ini maka perlu adanya perawatan payudara pasca melahirkan agar dapat meminimalkan frekuensi bendungan ASI yang dialami oleh pasien post partum.
