This problem of ineffective airway clearance is caused by the inability to clear secretions. These secretions will collect in the airways which can cause blockage. Objective: the purpose of writing this scientific paper is to get an overview of the implementation of nursing in pulmonary TB patients with ineffective airway clearance problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. breathing patterns, additional breath sounds, and sputum, adjust the semi�Fowler position and teach effective coughing techniques. Subjects: the subject of the case study to be studied is two pulmonary tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway clearance problems. Methods: There were two patients studied, this study used descriptive analytical methods in the form of case studies by carrying out nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation by focusing on implementation of the problem of ineffective airway clearance in pulmonary TB patients. Conclusion: the results of the study showed that the implementation of nursing in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway clearance problems given to patients was able to overcome and reduce sputum in the patient's airway. Pada tanggal 04 juni 2018 dilakukan pemeriksaan laboratorium tes uji widal dengan hasil pasien I +1/160 dan pasien II +1/320. Terdapat empat diagnosa keperawatan yang ditemukan tetapi menjadi focus m alah pada studi kasus ini adalah hipertermi berhubungan dengan proses inflamasi. Intervensi yang dibuat sesuai dengan teori serta kondisi dan situasi pasien. Implementasi yang dilakukan yaitu mengkaji tanda-tanda vital, memberikan kompres hangat, mengkaji ketepatan jenis pakaian yang digunakan, dan menganjurkan pasien banyak minum. Tindakan kompres hangat yang dilakukan pada kedua pasien efektif untuk menurunkan panas karena dapat mempengaruhi tubuh dengan vasodilatasi pembuluh darah dimana menyebabkan pembuangan energy panas melalui kulit. Focus masalah keperawatan yang muncul dapat teratasi dalam masa perawatan 3 hari. The data for this study were taken using interviews and observation. Results from data collection is presented in the form of tables and narratives. Research Results: The results of this study obtained two respondents who experienced chronic low self-esteem risk by measuring the self-esteem scale (RSES) questionnaire where after positive affirmation therapy was ca rried out both clients experienced mild self-esteem risk. Conclusion: The results of this study illustrate the need for implementing positive affirmations to reduce the risk of chronic low self-esteem. Implementasi secara mandiri dengan mengkaji frekuensi, kedalaman pernapasan, dan suara napas tambahan, , menganjurkan minum air hangat, dan menganjurkan mengoleskan minyak telon pada bagian dada,. Secara kolaborasi pemberian terapi nebulizer serta pemberian obat ambroxol 2,5 ml, obat alphamol 2,5 ml.
