The purpose of this research is to find out the Relationship between Basic Immunization and Nutritional Status with ARI Occurrence in Toddlers Aged 1-5 Years at Merdeka Public Health Center Palembang Method: The design of this research is analytic with cross-sectional survey . This research was conducted at the Merdeka Public Health Center in Palembang. This research was conducted in August 2016. The population in this study were all toddlers (1-5 years) who went to the Merdeka Public Health Center in Palembang. The sample size was 105 respondents, which were obtained according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria with purposive sampling technique. The independent variables in this study were basic immunization and nutritional status, and the dependent variable in this study was the incidence of ARI. Data in this study were obtained by questionnaire and checklist sheet. The analysis in this study used univariate and bivariate ( Chi-Square test ) Results: There was a relationship between basic immunization (p = 0.026) and nutritional status (p = 0.035) with ARI events in under fives. Discussion: Basic immunization status that is complete and supported by good nutritional status is very good in the prevention of Acut Respiratory Infection (ARI) in infants. Health workers at the Puskesmas can provide health education to the community, especially mothers who have children under five to be able to complete basic immunization status and meet good nutrition for toddlers to prevent ARI. Conclusion: Basic immunization status that is complete and supported by good nutritional status is very good in the prevention of ARI in infants. To prevent a client from falling and getting injured because of it, nurses should consider fall prevention guidelines in health care settings, although it seems likely that raising bed fences is an effective way of preventing falls. This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study for the implementation of falling risk prevention nursing at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. The research subjects to be studied were two patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus. By collecting data through interviews, observation, physical examination, and documentation. The results of this study show that prevention of fall risk that has been carried out using Morse fall risk calculations, installing bed handrails and the use of non-slip footwear can be done independently which has been taught. Implementasi keperawatan yang dapat dilakukan pada masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif adalah dengan mengatur posisi semi fowler, melakukan latihan batuk efektif dan melakukan kolaborasi pemberian terapi obat. Subjek studi kasus yang diteliti berjumlah dua pasien Tuberkulosis paru dengan masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Metode : Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan melakukan asuhan keperawatan meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implemantasi dan evaluasi dengan memfokuskan implementasi pada penerapan masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada pasien tuberkulosis paru. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi keperawatan pasien tuberkulosis paru dengan masalah berisahan jalan napas tidak efektif yang diberikan pada pasien mampu mengatasi berkurangnya sputum yang ada pada jalan napas pasien. Sedangkan pada keluarga Ny.D merupakan tipe keluarga Single Parent. Ny.D menderita asma sejak ia berumur 15 tahun yang lalu. Terdapat tiga masalah keperawatan yang muncul pada keluarga Tn.A yaitu ansietas, ketidakefektifan pola nafas dan ketidakefektifan pemeliharaan kesehatan. Sedangkan pada keluarga Ny.D masalah keperawatan yang muncul yaitu ansietas, ketidakefektifan pola nafas, dan intoleransi aktivitas. Fokus masalah pada penelitian ini adalah ansietas. Perencanaan tindakan keperawatan disusun menggunakan metode pendidikan kesehatan dan diaplikasikan pada tindakan keperawatan yang mengacu pada tiga aspek (kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor). Evaluasi dilakukan selama tiga hari dengan menggunakan catatan perkembangan, yaitu SOAP. Berdasarkan hasil asuhan keperawatan dan pembahasaan yang telah dilakukan, maka saran yang bisa disampaikan diharapkan laporan akhir ini menjadi bahan pembelajaran dan evaluasi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Pada penderita asma bronchial diharapkan mampu mengontrol penyakitnya dan menghindari faktor pencetus asma bronchial serta dapat mengurangi kecemasan pada saat serangan.
