Obat yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kontraksi uterus adalah oksitosin dan Prostaglandin. Penggunaan induksi perlu diperhatikan untuk menjaga keselamatan Ibu dan Janin. Pemberian induksi yang berlebih dapat menjadi racun bahkan menyebabkan kematian pada janin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pemberian obat secara induksi pada pasien persalinan. Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian non eksperimental dengan metode pengambilan data secara retrospektif. Data yang diambil berupa rekam medik pasien persalinan secara induksi di Klinik Hamami Palembang Periode Januari-Desember 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Selanjutnya data dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan pedoman yang berlaku. Hasil : Data yang diperoleh sebanyak 188 pasien. Karakteristik pasien yang paling banyak diinduksi yaitu 21-30 tahun (67.55%), penggunaan obat yang paling banyak adalah oksitosin yaitu 124 pasien (65.96%), kesesuaian indikasi induksi sebanyak 187 pasien (99.47%), dan kesesuaian pemberian dosis induksi sebanyak 184 pasien. Kesimpulan : Oksitosin merupakan induksi yang paling banyak digunakan. Pada evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, masih terdapat beberapa ketidaktepatan indikasi induksi dan pemberian dosis . Ketepatan dievaluasi menggunakan pedoman dari WHO dan Buku Saku Kementerian Kesehatan 2013. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka rumah sakit perlu mengembangkan kebijakan pengelolaan High Alert Medications yang termasuk dalam salah satu penilaian penting sasaran keselamatan pasien. Penelitian telah dilakukan tentang Identifikasi Pengelolaan High Alert Medications di IFRS Umum Tipe C Kota Palembang Tahun 2020. Metode : Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian observasional dengan desain deskriptif. Pengambilan data dengan cara observasi langsung ke IFRS Umum Tipe C Kota Palembang menggunakan metode checklist lembar observasi yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan pedoman , daftar, penempatan atau penempelan daftar, penyimpanan, pelabelan, dan pemantauan High Alert Medications. Hasil : Dari 4 rumah sakit yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi ditemukan RS yang telah memiliki pedoman sebanyak 3 RS (75%) dengan kategori baik, memiliki daftar, melakukan penempatan atau penempelan daftar, melakukan penyimpanan, dan melakukan pelabelan High Alert Medications sebanyak 4 RS (100%) dengan kategori baik, sedangkan RS yang telah melakukan pemantauan High Alert Medications sebanyak 0 RS (0%) dengan kategori kurang baik. Secara keseluruhan pengelolaan High Alert Medications di 4 RS tersebut memiliki persentase 87,5% dengan kategori baik. Kesimpulan : Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan High Alert Medications di IFRS Umum Tipe C Kota Palembang Tahun 2020 masuk ke dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 87,5% dan semua aspek penilaian telah diterapkan kecuali pemantauan High Alert Medications. Penggunaan obat-obat dalam persalinan tersebut harus mengikuti aturan-aturan tertentu karena obat dalam penggunaan yang digunakan dengan jumlah berlebihan dapat menjadi racun hingga kematian. Mengingat penyebab kematian ibu paling banyak dikarenakan perdarahan daan komplikasi lainnya berarti penggunaan obat sangat diperlukan dalam proses persalinan. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimental dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling didapatkan 36 responden, kemudian mengambil data dengan melihat rekam medis penggunaan obat tahun 2017 di Bidan Praktek Mandiri pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Mei 2018. Hasil : Penggunaan obat pada ibu bersalin di Bidan Praktek Mandiri Kota Palembang sudah sangat baik karena sudah sesuai buku pedoman Kemenkes (2013) dan data menjelaskan bahwa obat oksitosin merupakan obat yang paling banyak digunakan di BPM pada tahun 2017 sebesar 70,25% . Kesimpulan : Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua persalinan di Bidan Praktek Mandiri Kota Palembang Tahun 2017 menggunakan oksitosin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pewarna sintetis Rhodamin B yang digunakan dalam Pangan Jajanan Anak Sekolah (PJAS) dengan mengacu pada Permenkes RI Nomor 722/Menkes/Per/IX/1988 tentang bahan pewarna sintetis yang diizinkan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Februari sampai Juni 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey dengan uji laboratorium secara kualitatif dengan 21 sampel pangan jajanan yang diuji dengan metode Test Kit CMR (Color Main Reagent) di Laboratorium Kimia Pangan Jurusan Gizi Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang memiliki status gizi normal sebanyak 19 responden (47,5%), usia menarche / pubertas cepat yaitu 23 responden (57,5%), sosial ekonomi sangat tinggi sebanyak 28 responden (70,0%) dan konsumsi junk food sering sebanyak 20 responden (50,0%). Status gizi gemuk dengan usia menarche / pubertas cepat sebanyak 11 responden (47,8%), status gizi gemuk dengan sosial ekonomi sangat tinggi sebanyak 9 responden (32,1%) serta status gizi gemuk dengan konsumsi junk food sering sebanyak 8 responden (40,0%). Bagi siswa SMP PUSRI Palembang diharapkan lebih memperhatikan asupan makannya dengan tidak atau mengurangi junk food dan mengikuti penyuluhan mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dan gizi remaja.
