This study aims to determine the relationship between academic stress levels and the menstrual cycle during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. Methods: This type of research is quantitative in nature with an analytical survey design through a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was non-probability, namely purposive sampling as many as 44 students. Data analysis using Chi- Square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents experienced moderate academic stress 18 (40.9%) and the majority of respondents had abnormal menstrual cycles 26 (59.1%). The results of the Chi-Square test obtained p-value = 0.031, which means that there is a significant relationship between the level of academic stress and the menstrual cycle during the covid-19 pandemic. In young women, one of the physical changes is the occurrence of puberty which is marked by menstruation. According to (Rosyida, 2019), menstruation or menstruation is periodic and cyclic bleeding from the uterus, accompanied by the release (desquamation) of the endometrium. Dysmenorrhea is pain or severe pain in the lower abdomen that occurs when a woman experiences her menstrual cycle. (Ratnawati, 2018). The design of this study used an Analytical Survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling as many as 178 respondents. Data collection using the DASS questionnaire (Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale) and the Dysmenorrhea Questionnaire. shows the average respondent with normal stress category is 97 (54.5%) respondents, the incidence of dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls with mild pain category is 133 (74.7%) respondents. The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between stress levels and the incidence of dysmenorrhea (p = 0.000). Metode: Jenis penelitian yaitu non eksperimental dengan pendekatan cross sectional (potong lintang) dalam analisis crosstab dengan uji chi square Hasil: Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa nilai P value antara pengetahuan dan keputusan pemilihan pengobatan jerawat adalah 0,00 yang artinya bahwa H0 ditolak sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan yang dimiliki mahasiswa Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang terhadap keputusan pemilihan pengobatan jerawat. Sebagian besar orang buta (tunanetra) di Indonesia berada di daerah miskin dengan kondisi sosial ekonomi lemah. Tujuan penelitian Untuk mengetahui Hubungan Umur, dan Jenis Kelamin, Terhadap kejadian Katarak di Instalasi Rawat Jalan (Poli Mata) RS dr. Sobirin Kabupaten Musi Rawas Tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dengan populasi responden yang berkunjung ke Poli Mata dengan menggunakan data sekunder dan alat ukur checklist jumlah sampel 48 responden. Dari hasil analisis univariat dilihat bahwa penderita katarak untuk kriteria Umur yang beresiko sebanyak 25 orang (93%),sedangkan pada Jenis Kelamin perempuan sebanyak 18 responden (67%). Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk mencegah dan melawan infeksi Covid-19, salah satunya adalah dengan menjaga sistem imun dalam tubuh dengan menggunakan Imunomodulator. Namun, sistem imun dalam tubuh dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu usia dan kondisi kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan usia dan kondisi kesehatan dengan penggunaan imunomodulator sebagai upaya pencegahan Covid-19. Metode: Jenis penelitian yaitu survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional (potong lintang) dengan uji chi square. Hasil: Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa nilai P value antara usia dan kondisi kesehatan dengan penggunaan imunomodulator adalah 0,00 yang artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara usia dan kondisi kesehatan dengan penggunaan imunomodulator sebagai upaya pencegahan Covid-19. Pasien yang paling banyak menggunakan imunomodulator adalah pasien pada kelompok usia 51-75 tahun (44,17%) dan pasien yang disertai dengan penyakit kronis (31,67%). Imunomodulator yang paling banyak digunakan adalah jahe merah (24,17%), kunyit (10,83%), dan vitamin C (8,33%). Kesimpulan: Usia dan kondisi kesehatan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan penggunaan imunomodulator sebagai upaya pencegahan Covid-19.
