Adolescents are a group that is prone to vaginal discharge problems, this is because in this phase adolescents experience a transition from childhood to adulthood so that their knowledge is very limited about vaginal discharge. Purpose: To analyze the correlation among knowledge, attitude, and behavior of vulva hygiene towards adolescent’ leucorrhoea in 10th Grade of Muhammadiyah Senior High School 2 Palembang. Methods: The design of this study is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population and sample are 37 respondents using total sampling technique. Research data obtained through a questionnaire of knowledge, attitudes, behavior, and incidence of vaginal discharge in the form of google form and then analyzed using the chi-square test. Results: The results of statistical tests using chi-square showed that there was a significant correlation among knowledge, attitude, and behavior of vulva hygiene towards adolescent’ leucorrhoea In 10th Grade of Muhammadiyah Senior High School 2 Palembang in 2021. Discussion and Suggestion: Knowledge, attitude and behavior of vulva hygiene are the dominant factors that influence the incidence of vaginal discharge, but there are several other factors such as age and environment that can affect the incidence of vaginal discharge. Behavior that is based on knowledge will be better than behavior that is not based on knowledge, therefore it is important for adolescents to have good knowledge of reproductive health, especially about leucorrhoea. It is hoped that schools will be able to activate reproductive health counseling and form adolescent reproductive health cadres in order to improve the health status of adolescent at Muhammadiyah Senior High School 2 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan survey analitik dengan desain crosssectional. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 150 orang, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purvosive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari 30 pekerja, analisis bivariat menggunakan uji exact fisher antara Penggunaan APT dengan gangguan pendengaran mendapatkan nilai p value = 0,000 artinya ada hubungan antara Penggunaan APT dengan gangguan pendengaran akibat bising. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Survey Analitikdengan pendekatan crosssectional. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu yang anaknya bersekolah di PAUD Ar-Risalah Kota Lubuklinggau. Sampel sebanyak 32 responden diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian diketahui sebagian besar responden menggunakan diapers dengan intensitas tinggi (65,5%) dan kemampuan toilet trainningnya kategori tidak baik (65,5%). Hasil uji statistik ada hubungan antara penggunaan diapers dengan kemampuan toilet training pada anak toodler dengan nilai p value = 0,034. Ibu sebaiknya tidak mengenakan diapers secara terus menerus dan anak disiapkan sejak dini dilatih untuk mengontrol buang air besar dan kecil.
