Bronchial asthma is usually characterized by a history of airway symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest heaviness, and coughing whose intensity varies over time, as well as the presence of a variety of exspiration airflow restrictions. The design of this study uses analytical descriptive methods in the form of case studies by conducting nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation by focusing the implementation on the application of problems with impaired airway clean ineffectiveness. There were also subjects studied by researchers as many as 2 patients with the same problem, namely in bronchial asthma patients with ineffectiveness problems of airway cleaning in the cempaka room of AK Gani Hospital Palembang. The results showed that the implementation of nursing in bronchial asthma patients with the effect of airway cleansing problems given to patients is able to reduce tightness in patients. The conclusion of the study is after the implementation of nursing in bronchial asthma patients with airway clean effectiveness problems, namely regulating the semi-fowler position, effective cough and collaboration of drug administration through nebulizer tools from both patients can be simpilkan that the four implementations can make the patient comfortable and can reduce the tightness suffered by the patient. Salah satu upaya untuk merangsang hormon prolaktin dan oksitosin adalah memberikan sensasi rileks pada ibu, yaitu dengan melakukan pijat woolwich. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat woolwich terhadap produksi ASI di RSUD Sekayu. Manfaatnya untuk membantu ibu agar produksi ASI-nya meningkat dan diharapkan memberikan ASI Eksklusif selama enam bulan. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan desain the one grup pre-test and post-test design. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Accidental Sampling (Non Probability) dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 39 sampel. Pengambilan data dilakukan di RSUD Sekayu dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan lembar kuisioner pada bulan februari 2020. Analisa data menggunakan Uji Mc Nemar. Hasil : Menunjukkan ρ value pada pemberian teknik Woolwich Massage yaitu ρ value sebesar 0,000 (ρ<0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh pada tindakan tersebut terhadap Produksi ASI pada ibu post partum. Penurunan kadar kalsium akan mengundang hormon paratiroid bereaksi pada tulang dan melepaskan sebagian kalsiumnya agar kadar dalam darah dipertahankan. Jika penurunan kadar kalsium terus terjadi bisa menyebabkan osteoporosis. Osteoporosis sekunder disebabkan oleh kesalahan gaya hidup seperti merokok. Salah satu zat kimiawi dalam rokok adalah nikotin, zat nikotin mampu mempengaruhi kadar serta aktivitas hormon estrogen besar peranannya dalam menyeimbangkan proses pembentukan dan perombakan sel-sel tulang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling yaitu dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah pedagang yang merokok di Pasar KM 5 Kota Palembang Tahun 2017 yaitu berjumlah 40 pedagang. Pengukuran kadar kalsium menggunakan alat Biosystem Analyzer A15. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 40 responden yang diperiksa didapatkan sebanyak 5 responden (12,5%) mengalami hipokalsemia dan 35 responden (87,5%) memiliki kadar kalsium normal. Berdasarkan umur bahwa dari 5 responden dengan umur >50 tahun sebanyak 2 responden (40%) mengalami hipokalsemia. Sedangkan dari 35 responden dengan umur <50 tahun sebanyak 3 responden (8,6%) mengalami hipokalsemia. Sedangkan 25 responden perokok sedang sebanyak 4 responden (16%) mengalami hipokalsemia. Sedangkan 7 responden perokok ringan sebanyak 1 responden (14,3%) mengalami hipokalsemia. Berdasarkan lama merokok bahwa dari 22 responden dengan lama merokok >10 tahun didapatkan 5 responden (22,7%) mengalami hipokalsemia. Sedangkan dari 18 responden dengan lama merokok <10 tahun tidak ada responden mengalami hipokalsemia. Disarankan bagi pedagang yang merokok mengurangi kebiasaan merokok agar mengurangi resiko osteoporosis.
