Hasil Penelitian : Dari 109 data pasien kusta didapatkan hasil faktor-faktor penyebab kejadian kusta tipe multibasiler sebanyak 89 data (81,7%) dan kusta tipe pausibasiler sebanyak 20 data (18,3%).Berdasarkan usia hasil uji man-whitney tingkat signifikansi (p value) sebesar 0,026 menujukkan ada hubungan bermakna antara jenis usia dengan kejadian kusta. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin hasil uji chi square (p value) sebesar 0,687.Berdasarkan pekerjaan hasil uji chi square (p value) sebesar 0,934. Berdasarkan Pendidikan hasil uji chi square (p value) sebesar 0,230 dengan hasil ini menujukkan tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, dan tingkat pendidikan dengan kejadian kusta. Kesimpulan: Didapatkan hasil faktor-faktor penyebab kejadian kusta tipe multibasiler sebanyak 89 data (81,7%) dan kusta tipe pausibasiler sebanyak 20 data (18,3%). Saran: Pasien yang terindikasi penyakit kusta atau kontak dengan pasien kusta untuk segera melakukan pemeriksaan dan pengobatan secara dini. Bronchial asthma is a non-communicable disease caused by chronic inflammation of the airways that causes hyperresponsiveness, mucus production, and mucosal edema. This causes recurrent symptoms such as dyspnea, wheezing, heaviness in the chest, and coughing, especially at night. The general objective is to describe the implementation of nursing for bronchial asthma patients with ineffective airway clearance problems. The design used is descriptive in the form of a case study, the samples taken are two people with the same medical diagnosis, namely bronchial asthma with ineffective airway clearance problems, at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang. The results showed that client 1 and client 2 were obtained. The results showed that the implementation of nursing in bronchial asthma patients with ineffective airway clearance problems given to patients was able to reduce shortness of breath in patients. The conclusion of the study is that after implementing nursing in bronchial asthma patients with ineffective airway clearance problems, namely practicing effective coughing, adjusting the semi-fowler position, and giving warm drinks from both patients, it can be concluded that the three implementations can make the patient comfortable and can reduce the patient's shortness of breath. BERDASARKAN PERBEDAAN WAKTU PENGAMBILAN SIMPLISIA Subject The topic of the resource Farmakognosi Description An account of the resource ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Daun encok (Plumbago zeylanica L.) memiliki kandungan yang berkhasiat sebagai obat encok atau rematik. Untuk mendapatkan senyawa aktif yang berkhasiat maka perlu dilakukan proses ektraksi. Kemudian ekstrak yang diperoleh agar dapat dibuat menjadi produk obat maka perlu dilakukan standarisasi mutu ekstrak. Pengujian mutu ekstrak dilakukan untuk mengetahui mutu ekstrak etanol daun encok (Plumbago zeylanica L.) yang diambil berdasarkan perbedaan waktu yaitu daun encok yang di ambil pagi (P) atau daun yang di ambil sore (S) yang akan memiliki mutu baik untuk dijadikan ekstrak. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Daun encok (Plumbago zeylanica L.) diambil pada P dan S. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan cara maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96% lalu di destilasi vakum sehingga menghasilkan ekstrak P dan ekstrak S. Masing-masing eksrak kemudian dilakukan pengujian standarisasi mutu ekstrak yang meliputi pengujian parameter spesifik dan non spesifik ekstrak (Depkes, 2000). Hasil : Ekstraksi daun encok diperoleh rendemen 7,96% untuk P dan 6,90% untuk S. Pada pengujian penapisan fitokimia ekstrak daun encok pagi secara semi kualitatif lebih baik. Kedua ekstrak telah memenuhi syarat untuk penetapan kadar sari larut etanol (Depkes, 1995) dan kadar air (Depkes, 2000). Ekstrak P pada penetapan kadar sari larut air tidak memenuhi syarat (Depkes, 1995). Kesimpulan : Dari penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak daun encok pagi pada pengujian parameter spesifik dan non spesifik lebih baik dalam penetapan rendemen, organoleptis dan kandungan senyawa dibandingkan ekstrak daun sore.
