The purpose of this study was to describe the management of hyperthermia in pediatric patients with febrile seizures through a case study approach. Method: study a descriptive with a brief case study approach to the assessment of nursing care, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing. The subjects in this case study are two pediatric patients with the initials An.A who is 9 months old and the second patient with the initials An.N who is 6 months old. Nursing care is carried out in an inpatient room at a public hospital in the city of Palembang. While the process of taking nursing care from 2 to 4 and 16 to 18 April 2021. The data analysis used in this case study is a descriptive analysis used to analyze the data by describing the data collected to make a conclusion that is presented in detail narrative. Results: The study found that An.A had a fever for two days and had a seizure for five minutes. And, An.N had a fever all night and had two convulsions for ten minutes. Nursing interventions that focus primarily on the diagnosis of hyperthermia have the aim of maintaining body temperature within normal limits, preventing recurrent seizure. The results of the evaluation of the patient's body temperature are within normal limits and seizures do not occur. Conclusion: There was a decrease in temperature in both patients with febrile seizures during hyperthermia management. The ob- jective of this systematic review is to find out the differences in SWOT analysis carried out by health service facilities outside Indonesia and the other country. Method: A systematic review used the PRISMA method. The search keywords used strategic management, hospitals, health facilities, health services, and the SWOT analysis obtained from Google Scholar, Sci- ence Direct, ProQuest, and PubMed. The articles analyzed were fully acces- sible and published in 2010-2020. Result: The main difference of the analysis was in Indonesia the SWOT analysis was aimed at hospital organizations and few were oriented towards special services which had similar indicators on internal and external factors. Meanwhile, outside Indonesia, SWOT analy- sis was directed at specific health services so that it had different in internal and external factors of the indicator. Discussion: The difference analysis illustrated that the needs of an organization were different in strategic man- agement development. Description An account of the resource Abstract - Problems with the care process of people with mental disorders by family caregivers never lead to concrete solutions. Family support is one of the determinants of the successful recovery of a patient's condition because it reflects the family's efforts in accompanying patients undergoing their daily lives. This study aims to determine various factors that correlate with the support of family caregiver for family members suffering from mental disorders. Families who accompanied the patients while undergoing outpatient care were sampled, totaling 144, determined using a non probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The results showed the majority of family support for sufferers is still lacking, there is a relationship of age, level of education, knowledge and work status with family support but there is no correlation between sex caregiver with support provided by the family. It is recommended that families pay more attention to sufferers in biological, psychological, social and spiritual aspects.
