In young women, one of the physical changes is the occurrence of puberty which is marked by menstruation. According to (Rosyida, 2019), menstruation or menstruation is periodic and cyclic bleeding from the uterus, accompanied by the release (desquamation) of the endometrium. Dysmenorrhea is pain or severe pain in the lower abdomen that occurs when a woman experiences her menstrual cycle. (Ratnawati, 2018). The design of this study used an Analytical Survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling as many as 178 respondents. Data collection using the DASS questionnaire (Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale) and the Dysmenorrhea Questionnaire. shows the average respondent with normal stress category is 97 (54.5%) respondents, the incidence of dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls with mild pain category is 133 (74.7%) respondents. The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between stress levels and the incidence of dysmenorrhea (p = 0.000). It was concluded that there was a relationship between stress levels and the incidence of dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls as indicated by p Value (0.000) (0.005). Kondisi ini akan menyebabkan terjadinya disfungsi sistem imun, glukosuria, dan infeksi saluran kemih (ISK). Tidak semua ISK menimbulkan gejala, ISK yang tidak menimbulkan gejala disebut ISK asimtomatik atau bakteriuria asimtomatik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran bakteriuria asimtomatik pada penderita diabetes mellitus di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Palembang berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, lama menderita DM, dan glukosuria. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectionaldan metode pemeriksaan urinalisis dengan carik celup.Jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 87 penderita DM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 37 penderita DM (42,5%) positif bakteriuria asimtomatik. Dari 55 penderita DM berjenis kelamin perempuan yang diperiksa, sebanyak 26 penderita DM (47,3%) positif bakteriuria asimtomatik, sedangkan dari 32 penderita DM berjenis kelamin laki-laki yang diperiksa, sebanyak 11 penderita DM (34,4%) positif bakteriuria asimtomatik. Dari 44 penderita DM berusia 60 tahun yang diperiksa, sebanyak 17 penderita DM (38,6%) positif bakteriuria asimtomatik, sedangkan dari 43 penderita DM berusia <60 tahun yang diperiksa, sebanyak 20 penderita DM (46,5%) positif bakteriuria asimtomatik. Dari 36 penderita DM dengan lama menderita DM 10 tahun yang diperiksa, sebanyak 20 penderita DM (55,6%) positif bakteriuria asimtomatik, sedangkan dari 51 penderita DM dengan lama menderita DM < 10 tahun yang diperiksa, sebanyak 17 penderita DM (33,3%) positif bakteriuria asimtomatik. Dari 34 penderita DM dengan glukosuria positif yang diperiksa, sebanyak 12 penderita DM (35,3%) positif bakteriuria asimtomatik, sedangkan dari 53 penderita DM dengan glukosuria negatif yang diperiksa, sebanyak 25 penderita DM (47,2%) positif bakteriuria asimtomatik. Menurut WHO kematian ibu sangat tinggi, sekitar 295.000 wanita meninggal selama dan setelah kehamilan dan persalinan pada tahun 2017. Di Indonesia terjadi penurunan kematian ibu selama periode 1991-2015 dari 390 menjadi 305 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. AKI yang di laporkan di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan berdasarkan Data Profil Kesehatan pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 120/100.000 kelahiran hidup. Jumlah kematian ibu (AKI) tahun 2018 di Kota Palembang berdasarkan laporan sebanyak 4 orang dari 26.837 kelahiran hidup. Tujuan: mampu memberikan asuhan secara komprehensif pada Ny.“B” di PMB Elviyana Palembang Tahun 2020/2021. Laporan ini membahas tentang asuhan kebidanan komprehensif pada Ny.”B” menggunakan metode studi kasus (case study) dengan cara continuity of care. In Diabetes Mellitus, the wrong diet can disrupt the imbalance between nutritional intake or nutrient adequacy on the fulfillment of nutrition for patients with Diabetes Mellitus. Compliance with diabetes mellitus patients to the principles of nutrition and meal planning is one of the obstacles. Many people with Diabetes Mellitus feel tortured in connection with the type and amount of food that is recommended. Methods: The design of this case study is descriptive analytic in the form of a case study. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. The case study subjects used in this study were individuals and families. The research subjects to be studied amounted to two cases with the same nursing problem, namely Diabetes Mellitus Type II with a Nutrition Deficit problem. This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang in 2022. Results: Implementation of nutrition management nursing (observation, therapeutic, education, collaboration) to overcome nutritional deficits, namely weight gain and reduced nausea. Suggestion: It is hoped that patients and families can implement nursing in overcoming nutritional deficits in type II diabetes mellitus patients independently in order to improve health status. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas baby massage terhadap peningkatan berat badan pada bayi umur 6 bulan di BPM Mala & Fauziah Kota Palembang. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain exsperimental (quasi eksperimen) dengan pendekatan The Nonrandomized Control Group Pretest Posttest Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non probability sampling dengan rancangan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang bayi yang berumur 6 bulan yang datang ke BPM mala & Fauziah pada bulan Maret-April. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Check list, dan timbangan bayi one-med. Hasil: Perbedaan berat badan bayi antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol dengan nilai signifikan p-value sebesar 0,009<0,05. Nilai signifikan 0,001<0,05 untuk perbedaan berat badan bayi antara sebelum dan sesudah pada kelompok intervensi. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat efektivitas baby massage terhadap peningkatan berat badan pada bayi umur 6 bulan di BPM Mala & Fauziah Kota Palembang Tahun 2018. Terjadinya peningkatan berat badan pada bayi setelah dilakukan intervensi baby massage karena stimulasi yang diberikan mempengaruhi aktivitas nervus vagus yang membuat bayi cepat lapar sehingga frekuensi konsumsi meningkat. Tujuan Penelitian : Diketahuinya gambaran kadar procalcitonin pada pasien COVID-19 di RSUD Siti Fatimah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan tahun 2021. Metode Penelitian : deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel 66 pasien. Berdasarkan status mortalitas diperoleh kadar yang tinggi pada 43 pasien dengan kategori hidup pada risiko rendah sebanyak 21 pasien. Berdasarkan Riwayat penyakit diperoleh kadar yang tinggi pada 41 pasien dengan kategori memiliki riwayat penyakit pada risiko tinggi sebanyak 18 pasien. Berdasarkan kategori perawatan di ruang inap diperoleh kadar yang tinggi pada 37 pasien yang dirawat di ruang NON-ICU didapat hasil Kadar PCT risiko rendah sebanyak 17 pasien. Kesimpulan: terdapat 39,4 % kadar PCT (≥0,05-<0,5) yang menunjukkan risiko rendah lebih banyak terjadi pada pasien COVID19 dibandingkan risiko berat dan risiko tinggi. Saran: Bagi tenaga medis, Procalcitonin dapat dijadikan sebagai pemeriksaan lanjutan untuk mengetahui risiko lebih lanjut.
