One of the non-pharmacological treatments for arthritis is hypnotherapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of hypnotherapy on the reduction of arthritis pain in Budi Luhur and Budi Mulia Harapan Kita Nurseries and Saturday Studies, Triwikaton Village, South Sumatra Province. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study without control group design. The sample used was a total sampling of 30 people. Arthritis pain was assessed from the results of the pre test and post test. The results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test showed that the initial and late arthritis pain in the group had a significant difference (p = 0,000). Statistically there was effectiveness of hypnotherapy on the reduction of arthritis pain in the elderly. There were changes in the level of pain before and after hypnotherapy was given to the elderly. Hopefully it is necessary to do research with arthritis pain control of inhibiting factors such as hearing disability in the elderly in produce more comprehensive research results. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan ibu tentang metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang dan mengetahui sikap ibu terhadap metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang dari populasi ibu di Desa Bojong dengan teknik simple random sampling dan analisis secara statistic dengan menggunakan chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap ibu terhadap metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang (p=0,64) pada tingkat kemaknaan >0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini agar tenaga keperawatan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Kegiatan dilakukan pada tanggal 10 Maret 2022 di Ruang Pertemuan SLBN Kota Lubuklinggau. Jumlah peserta yang berasal dari siswa sebanyak 21 orang. Pengetahuan peserta dievaluasi menggunakan kuesioner mengenai pencegahan omicron. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu terjadinya kenaikan rata-rata pengetahuan peserta pengabdian dari 44,3 menjadi 80,8 dengan skor maksimal 100. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak balita dengan teknik purposive sampling.
