Nyeri pasca operasi apabila tidak ditangani akan menimbulkan reaksi fisik dan fisiologi pada ibu post partum sehingga perlu adanya cara untuk mengontrol nyeri salah satunya dengan terapi nonfarmakologis teknik relaksasi Benson. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh atau efektifitas dari teknik relaksasi Benson untuk menurunkan nyeri pada ibu post sectio caesarea.Metode ini menggunakan studi literatur riviewberdasarkan reverensi yang relevan dari judul yang terkait. Sumber datanya dari berdasarkan jurnal terupdate tahun 2015-2019. Hasil : Berdasarkan 5 jurnal yang sudah di riview hasil yang didapat setelah melakukan penerapan teknik relaksasi Benson menunjukkan adanya pengaruh teknik relaksasi Benson untuk menurunkan nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea. Kesimpulan : Penerapan teknik relaksasi Benson dapat digunakan sebagai penatalaksanaan terhadap penurunan nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea.Saran : diharapkan bahwa keperawatan medis dapat menerapkan teknik relaksasi Benson untuk menurunkan nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea.
