Angka kematian Ibu (AKI) di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 131 orang meningkat dari tahun 2020 sebanyak 84 orang. Pada tahun 2021, Angka kematian ibu banyak disebabkan oleh perdarahan sebanyak 1.330 kasus, dan hipertensi dalam kehamilan sebanyak 1.077 kasus. Tujuan dari laporan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk memberikan asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif pada Ny. “P” di Tempat Praktik Mandiri Bidan Rabiah Kota Palembang Tahun 2023. Metode yang digunakan pada laporan tugas akhir ini adalah studi penelaahan kasus (case study). Subjek yang digunakan dalam studi kasus dengan manajemen asuhan kebidanan ini adalah Ny. “P” usia 29 tahun. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data pada kasus ini yaitu wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik/observasi, pemeriksaan penunjang dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari asuhan kebidanan komprehensif ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan sudah sesuai, berkesimbungan (continuity of care) dan berkualitas. Dalam laporan tugas akhir ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswi telah dapat memberikan asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif. Dan diharapkan agar tenaga Kesehatan dapat mempertahakan serta meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kebidanan sesuai standar pelayanan kebidanan.
