Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain literatur review, Pengumpulan data sumber literatur pada penelitian ini adalah Google Scholar, Researchget, Perpusnas dengan menggunakan kata kunci “Gagal Ginjal Kronik”, “Hemodialisis”, “Ansietas” dan “Aromaterapi Inhalasi Lavender” dengan kriteria artikel tahun 2015-2019, artikel dengan teks yang lengkap sesuai dengan topik, merupakan artikel intervensi untuk mengatasi ansietas pada pasien dengan hemodialisis, dilanjutkan dengan analisis untuk melihat perbandingan antara lima artikel dan selanjutnya memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengatasi ansietas pada pasien dengan hemodialisis. Berdasarkan lima artikel yang terpilih tentang aromaterapi inhalasi lavender dalam mengatasi ansietas terbukti bahwa 100% aromaterapi inhalasi lavender efektif dalam mengurangi tingkat ansietas. The World Health Organization (WHO) data showed the incidence rate of anemia in 1993 and 2005, as in women pregnant (69.0%), and in nonpregnant women (73.5%) (1). In 2002 WHO establish Iron Deficiency Anemia (IDA) as one of the global main triggers burdens of disease (Guilbert, 2003). The prevalence of anemia in Indonesia in the years of 2011 are 22.5% for women of reproductive age, 22% for women not pregnant, and 30% for pregnant women (2). Iron supplementation strategy is the most currently used for control iron deficiency in the developing country (3). Apart from iron supplements, iron sources are also found in daily food, such as cork fish (Channa striata). There is 5.78 ± 0.015 mg iron in 100 ml of Channa striata, and at least 17 amino acids, for example, glycine (4). Continued research about the health benefits of Channa striata is being developed time to time, like its benefits in healing wounds after sectarian (5), the role for Gastroprotective (Somchit et. al 2004), and others (6). However, anxiety, fear, and pressure are often occurred during labor. They cannot escape the anxiety. These anxiety and fear can cause the uterus and may be obstructed so that labor can be interrupted. When labor is settled calmly and comfortably, the body naturally will release a soothing hormone. The purpose of this study is to delve into the anxiety of pregnant women facing this stage in the Hypno Prenatal Class. The study was using qualitative methods. The data collection techniques were using in-depth interviews and observations, then the data were analyzed by the NVivo 12 program. The interviewees were Primigravida pregnant women who attended the Hypno Prenatal Class. The conclusion is, they were too fearful to face the labor process. Because they got several negative information about childbirth, no companions during the labor, difficulty in pregnancy and fear of giving birth to a disabled baby. The interviewees also felt the benefits of the Hypno Prenatal Class., because they had been looking for ways to overcome anxiety and get positive information about the delivery process.
